Location

The apartment complex is located in the resort of Cantabria, just a 5-minute drive from Santander. The complex lies near a sandy beach which is ideal for holidaymakers.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 100 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with individually adjustable heating. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and oven, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked.     Horrible...the worst of the worst...don't be fooled by the photos, it has nothing to do...a building that is falling...don't go in winter, well, better never go...there is no heating...we talk about cantabria in the middle of winter and we find ourselves in an apartment of 2 rooms with 2 radiators of light...from the year of the polka...we had a horrible cold...we moved up the exit because we could not stand the cold...the views were a secaral, the reception staff a whole poem, without education or kindness...warn that please give us the apartment for 2 since we had the sick children in the car...until 4 did not let us in...I DON'T COME BACK OR EVEN GIVE IT TO ME...     We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment in a small village near Santander.The apartment was comfortable and was equipped with all the services you need for a good stay.The parking was in front of the structure.Quality / price are good.

    Two places in one, the hotel at the top with fabulous views worth paying the extra if they have the rooms. The apartments in the valley and so long as you get room not looking at empty buildings its still a great view. Rooms are spacious but need sprucing up, and definitely built by Spanish. Some of fittings failing, motorway is fairly close but never affected me and can say I never heard it.Your not far from Santander but your also close to beaches (superb) and the wonderfull countryside.

    As a family of 5 it's difficult to find suitable (and relatively inexpensive) accommodation so we were pleased with this place! We booked this apartment as an alternative to nearby hotels and found the accommodation much more flexible. It was a bit tricky to find so make sure you print out a detailed map.Our apartment block was at the bottom of a steep hill, and part of an aparthotel complex. We visited the hotel for a very good buffet tea - all you can eat - including salad bar, meats, fish, pasta, bread, soup, chips and desert, with a bottle of wine and water all for 12 euros per adult and children cheaper/free!The apartment was clean and comfortable - nothing flashy, but had all you need for a night with plenty of towels and clean bedding. We used the pool near the hotel but later discovered one next to our apartment. Very quick into Santander too so ideal to catch the ferry.

    Basic appartment next to the highway A 67

    Apartment complex in a nice peace of Cantabria. But next to the A 67 and a wood crash factory so car sounds all day and night. The complex has an outside swimming pool with free sunbeds. The interior of the apartment is very basic, in the kitchen is only 1 pan for more then 1 person and the apartment is for 4 people. No easy chairs to sit in, no chairs for the little balcony. Upstairs a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Downstairs bathroom whit toilet and shower. open-plan kitchen and living room, little TV. Up the hill is a little supermarket with a few fresh product but opens at 10 AM so no fresh baked bread before 10 AM. No shops or restaurant in the surrounding, you will have to take the cat to the next village. Only a 10 minutes drive form the nice beach and mountains and 15 minutes from the city of Santander.
