    Sort Break

    rating27 Apr 2026

This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel for 2026 maybe 20 years back .Our room has not been cleaned for all the time we been in there, the fridge in room is empty all the time nothing is put in it I just wondered why the fridge is in the room,to get a pool towel you will have to deposit cash value £5 which I think is totally wrong for a 5 star hotel there is no coffee machine that can be used on your own unless you ask the bar staff, the food is too cold most off the time and not enough and so limited for everyone the fruit juice is served in a very little glass like 100ml don’t expect having it too much fruit juice unless you will have to get up 5 or more times which is not convenient, the staffs are good and trying to do their best but the hotel is in needs off a proper renovation for a 5 stars standard,i won’t recommend this hotel and I won’t return there back

    Very accommodating staff

    rating18 Apr 2026

Staff are very welcoming and attentive - always greeting you with a smile and seeing if you need anything. Manager Helmi was great and surprised me with a handmade birthday cake for my 27th bday - my first solo trip so it meant a lot to still be celebrated (he decorated the table too). There were issues with my original room but they inspected it and offered to upgrade me for free - great pool/sea view. Food was surprisingly very tasty with great selection at meal times, however there wasn’t much snacks/food offered inbetween meals which was disappointing for an all inclusive. There was a particular staff member in the restaurant that always made sure I was looked after, seating me at my favourite table & remembered my preferences, sometimes with my drink already waiting! - I wish I remembered his name but he wore glasses (male, mid aged). My cleaner was really nice and would always say hello when I walked by and even put a cute heart shaped balloon on my pillows - I would suggest bedding is changed during stays, even if they’re not noticeably dirty. The hotel is very safe, in a great location but please be careful if you are a female travelling outside, especially at night alone as men can harass you or ask to pay you money (I’m guessing for inappropriate things). The private beach literally 10 seconds away but there isn’t any staff service for drinks/food - no poolside service either. Spa isn’t great and I paid £70 for a spa package which was dissatisfactory - steam room was gloomy, sauna not working, Hammam wasn’t relaxing at all and lasted 5 minutes (she rushed the service and I felt like a child getting ready for school). The facial was the worst I’ve had and they didn’t do as promised - they ended up having to redo facial but it still wasn’t as expected and the products used irritated my face. The jacuzzi bath was interesting but I wouldn’t do it again. The 50 minute massage was really good however I did find it a-bit uncomfortable that she had my chest exposed and I didn’t know if it was normal as she massaged that area (as she was female I wasn’t as worried) - masseuse also pushed her breast in my face when massaging my belly downwards and I could barely breathe! It is funny looking back at it now but it does make me question how she services male customers - the massage only lasted 40 minutes which wasn’t what I paid for. I told the main staff at spa reception and they used the excuse ‘because you had 2 facials’ which makes no sense as I just asked for the facial advertised to me (I couldn’t be bothered to argue). Ali baba (books excursions) is a very funny character, means well but make sure you push for a better price for activities! The excursions are a lot cheaper online - get your guide website. Regardless, The camel ride, bread tasting & quad was a good experience. Not much entertainment available for adults and suited more for children - DJ & Music most nights but no big performances such as magician, fire breathers etc. Overall a nice hotel but I would not say it was 5* quality - it’s the staff that make up for it, but there definitely needs to be some room refurbishment & more facilities. Best food and customer service I’ve had in an all inclusive! The other 2 restaurants you have to pay so I didn’t visit them. Download apps - InDrive for cabs & Glovo for food. Taxis are overpriced and I was charged double (cash only). Be cautious of a man outside the hotel that pretends he’s Sousse Palace security and go to the Medina for better prices - people will give you a sob story to get you to pay more money and majority of the time it’s not true. Grand Mosque only allows entry if you’re Muslim after a certain time & the sound of the Adhan is beautiful (call for prayer). I would visit Sousse Palace again but I would lower my expectations and treat it as a 4* hotel.

    Perfect April Escape

    rating15 Apr 2026

Hotel was beautiful and well-placed near the Sousse Médina and right on the beach front. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Majdi and Dido in the animation team were great, and even helped us learn some Arabic words. The rooms were clean and well presented with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Spa was available for an added price which me and my girlfriend both enjoyed. The all inclusive had a wide selection of foods and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure we always had a drink on our table. We also visited restaurant La must for no added fee on our final night which was a lovely dining experience with great service. We were some of the only British guests at the hotel at the time and were made to feel warmly welcomed by all staff. We also booked an excursion through the hotel to ride camels and try local bread which was fantastic!5/5 would visit again!!

    Amazing hotel, super friendly staff.

    rating15 Apr 2026

The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with, the entertainment team were amazing, Dido and Majdi were easy to get along with, super friendly and planned fun activities for the guests. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, even leaving us a love heart balloon on the bed one night, the hotel is close to the Médina and local spots, spa has a sea view and the staff were amazing up there too offering great offers for spa treatments. Great choice in food. Le Must is a great restaurant with tasty food to enjoy with a sea view one night of your stay. Was overall a very good experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Fantastic stay at Sousse Palace Hotel—amazing staff, great service, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere!

    rating12 Apr 2026

Our stay at Sousse Palace Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and throughout our stay, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly memorable experience. The level of service was outstanding—every single person we encountered was helpful, attentive, and always smiling. A special mention must go to the waiters and bar staff, who were not only efficient but also warm and friendly, making every meal and drink even more enjoyable. The animation team deserves huge praise for their energy and enthusiasm. They created such a fun and lively atmosphere every day and evening, with activities and entertainment that suited all ages. They really added something special to our holiday. We also had the pleasure of visiting the spa, where the team provided a wonderfully relaxing and professional experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.Overall, we have had a fabulous time and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
