    We stayed at Dorma for one night. The place was fairly clean but rather small. However, the worst part was the attitude of the breakfast staff. Since it was the last day of our group trip, everyone was saying our goodbyes, which may have briefly blocked the passage. But one breakfast waitress (a short-haired lady) had a very bad attitude—she looked angry and was quite rude. When I greeted her, she remained expressionless, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not the kind of attitude expected from service staff and is unacceptable.In addition, the hotel’s air conditioning system was out of order, and we were not informed in advance. When we asked at the front desk, the staff told us to open the window, but unfortunately it was still very hot at night, and we slept poorly.Although we were not very satisfied with the stay, there were still some positive aspects worth mentioning. The front desk staff during check-in had a very good attitude, especially a long-haired female staff member (unfortunately I don’t know her name). She welcomed us with fruit and snacks, along with a warm smile. This was a highlight of our stay and deserves recognition.

    Amazing hotel. Great price. Sea view . Only downside was the extremely overpriced breakfast buffet..cold bacon and eggs.. poor selection of continental..Stayed 2 nights.     Brilliant hotel directly on the beach front!     Superb hotel with great views and helpful staff

    What a really excellent hotel! Very easy to find - a short taxi ride from the airport. Beautiful location - see photo from room. Very comfortable room - all mod cons, even a well stocked fridge. Shower and all facilities in the bathroom were very good. Breakfast was OK, did the trick. The downstairs bar run by Tony and friends was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Very impressed with the receptionists - all were super helpful even managing to get be a bus to Bilbao when I could only find fully booked ones! Would definitely recommend and would return if ever back in Santander.     Great hotel overlooking the beach. Large rooms and very comfortable. Bars and restaurants nearby and bus from outside the hotel takes a few minutes to the city centre.We did not have breakfast here but plenty of places nearby for breakfast.
