    friendly check in staff member who was a lady , unfriendly check out staff member who was a man. would prefer a room card or key than an app on phone . air con is just a ceiling fan. good kitchen facilities , don't use wardrobe as shelf broke when bags were on. no ventilation in bathroom , super small shower, unsteady bathroom glass shelf.

    Reading the previous reviews I was expecting something not really good, but I was wrong! The room was nice, clean and really comfortable. The small kitchen works good even though there is not oven. No problem with the bathroom or the shower that works good. The only annoying thing was the wi fi because you have to sign in each time you go out and come back.I would certainly coming back!

    Stayed here because of price as we had to shorten our Camino walk. Returned to Santander and stayed here for four nights. Apartments clean but the shower really problematic it was extremely small and each time we showered the bathroom floor was flooded. Shower curtain did not prevent leakage....sound proofing very poor the woman in next apartment spoke on phone/Skype each morning and we "lived" her calls... staff on the floors and at reception helpful and friendly ....

    The Apartments was bright and spacious was expecting something different after reading the mixed reviews.The apartment was very clean and a nice touch was that house keeping cleaned the apartment every day. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are nicely located off the main shopping area and be prepared for a long walk to the port area 30 minutes. Very difficult to find restaurants in the area all Tapas Bars we ended up eating in Burger King best tip eat lunch much better value. All in all good value apartments and would recommend them to people looking for a budget stay..

    Stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We arrived at around 11 and knew we would be too early to check on but lady was very nice and happy to keep our bags. Room was basic but clean and just what we needed. Location is near lots of bars, restaurants and shops with nice pedestrian area 5 mins walk. Again staff friendly at check out and happy to keep bags. Exactly what we wanted for a cheap break in Santander!
