    преди 3 минути на GoogleWe were at the hotel from May 27 to 30, we have never seen parties being held in a hotel outside right under the windows of the rooms, noisy parties lasting until after 12 midnight. Absolutely impossible for a person to sleep and rest. We couldn't sleep for two nights in a row. We complained at the reception and they said that nothing could be done. I do not recommend the hotel, this is a violation of people's peace and rest

    Lovely sea view from Balcony. Had two adjoining rooms as 5 of us. More than enough room.The master bed was huge far larger than king size. room was dark and quiet Shower was nice powerful Room was clean and housekeepers came everyday, towels were large and changed daily. Location was perfect, bus stop round the corner into the city.beauful Beaches within walking distance.Staff were helpful and friendly We had an evening meal 3 courses with wine for 29euro. The staff were so attentive. Great Experience

    I have stayed here many times over the years and truly enjoy this hotel. The location is perfect for Sardinero beach and Santander. Parking is easy and they do have an on site car park. The rooms are spacious and very clean with large terraces. I ate here every day. The food was excellent and good value with great service too

    We loved the layout of this hotel really nice gardens and outside area. Lovely hotel and the staff we spoke to could not have been more helpful. Really clean, nice size room with an excellent view of the beach with a balcony. I am a Coeliac and love fresh fruit so the breakfast was great for me they also had G/F bread,rolls and biscuits available (Schar brand). It is the usual continental breakfast toast,rolls, cheeses,meats,fresh fruit there was a large wedding held on one day and the breakfast was busy in the morning but no problem with getting any food. We found the reception,waiters, cleaners all very friendly. Going back next year.

    Comfortable 4 star hotel situated overlooking the beach. Unfortunately, the stay was spoilt by an appalling breakfast service. The buffet was stripped. We checked the previous evening that breakfast would be replenished following a coach party departing at 0800. We arrived at 0920, there was less than 25 percent of the buffet left, mainly the less palatable items and no staff in sight. It took a visit to reception before anyone appeared and started the renovation, yet several tables were still left uncleared. We eventually had some breakfast 20 minutes after arriving. Fundamentally caused by incompetent or lazy waiting staff or poor management. It underlined our decision to eat away from the hotel the previous evening.
