Sandeep “shorter one” 😂 (who is a new team member for 2026, is welcoming and super efficient.Shyam is again super efficient, a cheeky / funny chap, gauges each customer, is warm / welcoming and wants you to enjoy your mealtimes, NOTHING IS TOO MUCH ❤️ Petroula brings the Sunshine into Sunrise Gardens 😂 😜 (Keith made me write that), she is all round amazing and friendly.Ilias keeps the hospitality team on their toes in a professional, kind and friendly manner. You can tell he is management but he isn’t in anyone’s face about it and is very grounded taking his responsibilities seriously at all times while carrying out his duties.❤️ ❤️ ❤️ YOU HONESTLY ARE ALL AMAZING! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ We have stayed at Sunrise Jade once, Sunrise Beach once and Sunrise Gardens three / four times.The reasons for returning to Sunrise Gardens is because they are right on the strip, are great value and most of all they have an AMAZING TEAM ❤️ Every single customer is welcomed with open arms no matter if they are visiting for the first time or ones who have visited for many, many years.The Team are professional, friendly and genuinely wish for customers to enjoy their stay. Sometimes we have seen hotel staff around the World target customers for tips but the Sunrise Group are so different, of course they would welcome a small gesture but not one person is a target for special treatment in the hope for tips.     I have been going to this hotel since 2016 it's an absolute jewel in the prime place in protarus lovely bedrooms and very clean This small hotel is made fantastic by the staff You arrive and the reception staff cannot do enough to welcome you any problems you have are sorted very quickly the manger and staff are great and go out of there way to helpThe restaurant staff are brilliant and treat you like a 5 star hotel and is well managed as nothing is to much for them Then onto pool bar were the one and only petroula is happy and makes you always welcome and has a great personality All the staff at this hotel are brilliant and I cannot wait to go back again in May to my extended Cyrus family Usually go for 4 weeks but this time going for 3 as we are returning in Sept for 2 more weeks Cannot recommend this hotel enough

    We have been staying at Sunrise Gardens 9 years, sometimes twice a year. We just love it. Central to the strip but not noisy, great pool area and a short walk to the beach. Staff are welcoming and friendly, hotel is clean and food is great. Buffet breakfast, plenty of choice and if you have any special requirements, the chef is happy to accommodate. Lunch is menu selection & a good variety is on offer. Evening dinner, 3 course buffet with lots to choose from. Head chef is always around, should you have any questions about ingredients, special requirements, etc. For us, it is like 'home from home' and we can't wait to return in June.

    OMG we love this place, the room was perfect, the breakfast was perfect and the room service was perfect. Breakfast was something else, you get such a choice of hot, cold, Greek, English and just picky eaters it was amazing, to be able to eat outside under fans near the pool was bliss. We only used the hotel as a base as we wanted to explore Protaras but what a base! Absolutely recommend and we would 100% come back here. Atmosphere of the staff was always lovely. The omelette station guy was so lovely and all the staff. No complaints from us 😊
