    Perfect. Hotel reception was attentive and booked me in quickly after a late flight. All I needed was a comfy bed - and this hotel is great! Quick breakfast the next morning. Great value. Exactly what was needed.

    Easy to find, just off A8. Simple, clean room, comfortable bed. Bathroom very small. Our room (at the back of the hotel) was quiet (the area was busy & there's a rather noisy bar opposite). Dog allowed for €8 supplement. We arrived late (11pm) & wanted a beer/snack before bed only to be told that the dog wasn't allowed in the bar. Disappointing. Price is reasonable.

    Great stop before ferry

    Everything works - the rooms are spacious, very clean and functional with comfy bed, wardrobe with safe deposit box and a decent fridge. The spa is good (not as fantastic as some of the reviews!) the sauna was great, two small jacuzzi tubs, 1x4 seat, 1x6 seat, a shallow pool with 3x recliners that emit bubbles, a spa pool with multiple jets, and sprays and a 12m swimming pool. This area is what set the hotel above ok. Location is not far from Santander, it’s a slip road off the motorway with a string of similar hotels, the sister hotel Nextdoor had a decent cafeteria and restaurant, excellent value. Our hotel had a small bar/ restaurant that served buffet dinner and breakfast - can’t comment on them as we only had coffee which was good. There are other hotels with restaurants and there is a supermarket not too far away. We missed out on trying the Michelin star restaurant about 15 minutes walk away - maybe next time 😊

    Simple Hotel

    This hotel is simple. It is oddly located on a large road with multiple hotels alongside the road. It has a small bar next to it with some outdoor seating. Restaurant was okay. Parking is easy. There is an elevator. Rooms are nothing special.

    Having been delayed from arrival at Santandar we were unable to travel too far and twitch bad weather forecast we decided to stop unexpectedly. Having our dog with us we were firstly unable to find a hotel in the Hoznayo area until we came across Hotel Los Pasiegos just off the main road. First impressions were not good in that it looked like a local cafe with rooms. Located next to a truck parking stop.However we were greeted in a friendly manner and allocated a very comforted room on the second floor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom excellent all for a charge of 44 euros.When looking for an evening meal we decided to eat in the adjoining cafe and had the choice of several local dishes which were served again in a friendly manner.All the staff of this smaller group hotel should be congratulated for their good service and pleasant manner.
