This hotel lies in an industrial, business district, close to the Nueva Montaña business park. The historical centre of Santander is just 3 km away and the beach is also within 5 km. El Corte Inglés shopping centre lies a few minutes walk away and Santander airport as well as the railway station are about 2 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

10 single rooms and 93 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, medical assistance, a laundry service and a conference room are available. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     this hotel is just out of town on main road, so easy to get to . staff are good service is good rooms are great very very clean , have stayed a number of times and will do so again for sure ..on my next trip

    Hotel was clean and more than acceptable. Decor was a little dated. But ok. It was in the right place following a delayed sailing. I would have liked the lights in the car park working but no issues. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Would use again.

    Clean hotel - friendly service - but it is in walking distance to restaurants, attractions shopping etc. - you need a car or need to take bus to go to town or for food. Reasonably clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff - if you have a car it is conveniently located near the main highway.

    Booked a room for one night 9 September 2018 still here as nowhere else at such short notice Paid €79 for wife and 4 months old daughter Booked through booking.comFor 2 adults and one infant On arrival check in took almost half an hour Then told restaurant closed on Sunday!Got to room very tired decor and no cot for our daughter!Asked bald with beard rude man at reception and he said we booked for 2 adults and baby God knows where he thought we’d put her having been given 2 single beds!!We went out to eatOn our return we were told that they didn’t have a cot for her!I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone And the reception manager I use the term loosely needs a training in customer services So if you’re stuck for staying anywhere I suggest you avoid here and sleep in the car!!

    So our flight was cancelled for two days and have been put up in this hell. Receptionist was unhelpful basic English and google translate seamed to confuse her more so. The hall ways are so hot and smelly you literally hold ure breath from elevator to your door. The carpets are stained and so worn it’s threadbare in parts. Our room was visually 15 years old with the decor&bedding. The multitude of stains continued from the walls to the loo the curtains even celling had suspicious marks. Around the window was mould and don’t open it it’s like a express tunnel for mozzies and since hotel is dropped in the Middle of a industrial estate the sound of machines is deafening. People have clearly been smoking too as the wall outside covered in burn marks and cigarettes stuffed in wall cracks. The shower seals were all mouldy, inch of dust on pelmet above the yellow stained nets,flooring is loose. Safe doesn’t work AC doesn’t work. The beds move away from each other and the wall. I’m by no means posh or stuck up but i really wouldn’t spend a single cent here I’m dreading sleeping here and breakfast tomorrow ! 😫
