    We had a nice stay good for the money, but there are a few improvements to be made, the cleanliness could be a bit improved, and the check-in desk was a bit confusing, apart from that it was a nice stay for a couple days.

    Building with small apartments transformed into budget rooms, generally rented to university students, since this is the university area... in the summer, with university vacations, they rent to tourists.Our room was spacious enough, clean, with a backyard window to ventilate, lots of electric plugs, no sounds at night, Staff (at the Cafeteria underneath since front desk is unavailable) kind and friendly at the breakfast (since it was almost the only contact we had with them).However... for tourist purposes, the room is a bit heavy, needing renovation - no thrills, no glamour al all, a tiny TV with a crappy remote control, an uncomfortable bed (gained a backpain due to mattress bumps), no Air condioned, bathroom not very comfortable (clean 'thou)... after all, you get what you paid (Santander isn't cheap in august).
