Location

This hotel is located beside the Gran Casino and the Plaza de Italia in the Sardinero, a wealthy district of Santander, and affords architecture that blends harmoniously into its surrounds. Links to the public transport network are to be found in the vicinity and it is just a short drive to Parayas airport as well as the train station. Guests will discover an abundance of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs around 1.5 km away.

Facility

8 suites, 5 single rooms and 47 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Located across the road from the Sardinero Beach was the saving grace. Staff were not very responsive to requests and dining staff a little surly. Rooms well appointed and serviced but noise from adjoining rooms carried. View from room not very appealing.

    I'm visiting Santander for the first time for SBMT Basketball Tournament, and I must say that this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The place is lovely, situated in a beautiful location, and just a few steps away from the beach.

    Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. What is there not to like.Next to a fantastic beach.Lovely walk into santander.Was mega clean, had a great sea view and was value for money.Staff on front desk were helpful and polite.     Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the moment we checked in every member of staff were really friendly. The rooms were cleaned and beds made when we returned from our day's out. While we were there there was work going on in the Casino next door but we were never disturbed by any sound.     This was an unplanned stay for one night so overall it was fine. Easy check in and out, good location for the promenade. Spacious room and bathroom. I asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel. I was woken by doors slamming endlessly, cleaner next door. Thin walls! Also there is building works next door. I didn't eat there.
