    OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend this hotel!!! My friends and I were walking on the Camino and when we arrived at Hosteria La Casona I confirmed that I lost my passport. The staff member at the Hosteria (tall gentleman with dark hair) was EXTREMELY helpful, and DIRECTLY responsible for my passport retrieval in a previous town we walked through. He called many different offices and locations to search for the passport. Had it not been for him I would have been required to travel to Madrid for a reissuance. I don't recall his name, but I cannot thank him enough. Thanks to the staff member and Hosteria La Casona for their awesome customer service for going above and beyond!!!!

    We have stayed at La Casona many times over the last twenty years and will continue to do so. The welcome from Elena, Alex and all the family made our recent stay a wonderful experience once again. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of Cantabria with the most amazing beaches minutes away. The rooms are pretty and homely with a very Spanish atmosphere although many languages are spoken. The hotel is near the main square where there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops. The bar terrace is a pleasant place to relax at any time of day and by now the newly refurbished restaurant should be open. It looked amazing and the food we sampled was excellent. There are many places to walk, both in the countryside and along the unspoilt uncrowded beaches. We cannot fault this homely little establishment where a very warm welcome awaits you.     I recently stayed at La Casona while walking the Camino. I had not booked anywhere in Noja and a companion gave me the number of La Casona. From the moment the phone was answered I felt welcomed. This is a family run establishment, spotlessly clean, and Elena, who showed me to my room, a lovely spacious room at the top of the house, spoke excellent English. I didn't eat breakfast there but I saw it set out and I was sorry that I hadn't, as it looked excellent.Elena was available to give advice and recommendations. It is a place I would willingly return to.     Haven't pre-booked, being very tired and having missed my walking companion on my Camino, I was happy to get a late room at La Casona. But what I got was beyond all expectaions. I can truly tell, that my stay at La Casona was one of the highlights on my seven week Camino. I did meet a lot of hospitality on the Camino, but the treatment at La Casona was one level better than almost anything else. Even to the point of driving 30 km up to where I was staying the following night to hand me the charger, I forgot at La Casona. I'll be forever greatful to you for having done your part to make my Camino a most memorable experience. I can honestly say, that people like you makes this world a better place to live.     This little hotel is a gem. Just off the main square in Noja it sits on an ideal location near bars restaurants and shopping. Myself and my wife were delighted to stay there. Friendly helpful staff and very clean rooms.
