Great Place in the Middle of Town!

Great location very clean and staff was very helpful. The hotel was sold out and noise level very low. Many good places to eat and shop near by.

    Bowled Over Green

We stopped here over night before going to see Mammoth Caves National Park. This place is under construction at this time, but we didn't hear anything and with WKU in town for football a crowded hotel was not noisy at all. Breakfast is for purchase and had good options on the buffet (similar to a Fairfield or Hampton free breakfast). It is close to a lot of eating and WKU. Highly recommend. Just 20 minutes or so from Mammoth Caves

    Nice Stay but...

    rating23 Aug 2025

Our stay was nice and the front desk personnel were very pleasant and welcoming. However, a few things should be pointed out for the hotel to consider:a) The water pressure was not the best - should be adjustedb) Our thermostat was not accurate - probably should be recalibratedc) The light in the bathroom was very bright - probably better to move to two switches to be able to control lighting better. It would also be a good idea for the fan switch to be separate. Two more things/minor...The coffee pods in the rooms said "Tea Time", and when I inquired, I was told that it was the name of the company and that it was in fact coffee. This was highly confusing as I'm sure I am not the only person who thought they were tea pods. Should probably be looked into. Also, the tag on the water bottles in the room stated that Honors members received 'free' water and all other guests need to pay $3.00. This just seems a little tacky and should probably be redone. I would suggest to just not put the water bottles in the rooms of the guests who do not get them for 'free'. It just seems a little insulting and should be something to be reconsidered.Other than these comments for the hotel to address, we enjoyed a nice stay there.

when we got checked in, we only had a very little bit of toilet paper, and no extra roll. bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the floor around the bed was dirty with cobwebs at the end of it. .we won`t be staying here again, not at the price they want.
