    Cheers to Luis

    rating31 Oct 2021

We were super welcomed by Luis at the reception. He is very kind and helpful. The accomodation is very fair for the price, clean room and comfortable bed. The neighborhood seems safe, we walked to a nearby restaurant in the night and didn't experience anything that made us feel unsafe.

    Decent hotel

    rating18 Apr 2019

I stayed here for 4 days in a nice neighbor hood, wanted to stay somewhere else but was told to be careful not for the hotel but the neighbor hood. I enjoyed my stay, the room was excellent, hot showers, sheets changed everyday. My window faced the road, so early in the morning would wake up with the noise of cars and buses honking. Didn't mind that since I like to wake up early on any vacation I have been. The free breakfast was ok, the pool was nice, only that it was cleaned a bit late in the morning. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, only if everyone spoke a bit of English would be great. I always thought if you work in job which you have to speak more than the national language is essential, as you are dealing with TOURISTS who are coming from different countries and not only Spanish speaking countries. There were a lot of shops around this hotel so you can walk around and find lots to do, even there is a huge mall. Was very surprised that no bank would take my CAD, only US, I was forced to use an ATM.

    Ok for the money.

The hotel is decent. Room furniture is very outdated. Nice pool area. Great location. Breakfast was barely OK. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Not sure if I would stay again. No hot water.

    Nice frontdesk old rooms

    rating05 Jan 2017

Me and my partner are traveling to cartagena so she thought it was a good idea to stay one night in Barranquilla, we booked this hotel and we got here really excited the location is good, the front desk staff is very helpful... but when you get to the elevator it is another story, an aged elevator, when you get to your floor the doors are very old, the rooms are spacy but the bed is like sleeping on the floor, flat screen tv, air conditioning good, closet, i wouldnt put my clothes in it, the breakfast also was a bit of a sad story scrambled eggs cold, not much options either to choose, overall this hotel is not worth the price youre paying and it is not for more than a one night stay.

    Great staff bad rooms

    rating17 Oct 2016

When we arrive to barranquilla we tought that the hotel will be nice and confortable! The entrance is so nice, the concierge is super funny and helpful and the girl on the entrance also was very nice. But the room.... it was like go back in time, the fridge had like 40 years, the tv 40 more and the bed... also in my room was a lot of noisy from the street (3rd floor), a lot! The breakfast is okey, not memorable, tipical colombian breakfast. They have transportation to santa marta or cartagena, so I recommend you to ask directly to them. To santa Marta it's 30.000.
