The holiday village was built in 1903. 5 junior suites, 2 suites, apartments, studios, 58 single rooms and 58 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     The rooms have wooden floors which look very nice but noisy can hear everyone moving about in the adjacent rooms.Breakfast a disaster we only wanted two coffee's but was asked to pay 42 euros The coffee was only available at the bar which didn't open until 11 am, checked at reception and was told to get coffee in the restaurant but they would not serve us unless we paid for a full breakfast.     An excellent Parador in a quiet location on a hill above a small town in pleasant countryside. The Paradors see to have really got their act together when it comes to dining. We make annual trips to Spain, touring the Paradors and this year the average standard was noticeably higher than previously. Out of 14 samples, all but one were excellent to outstanding.     This is a beautiful spot and the hotel was of a very high standard with excellent rooms and atmosphere. We also ate here and the food was of a very high quality and the staff very friendly and very helpful. Although it is a little out of the way it is worth the effort.     Great place, extremely rude and unhelpful reception staff

    This is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They were extremely derogatory in Spanish, about the guests checking in ahead of us in, without realising that we speak Spanish! They were also very unprofessional with us at our check in.
