    We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had breakfast included, The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, nice clean bathroom and an excellent breakfast at the cafeteria downstairs. Great location and value for money. I will definitely look to book here again

    If you are looking for a simple pension close to the bus and train station this could be the place for you. The rooms are a bit worn but still functional. Good points are the location,good internet connection, ,plentiful hot water and friendly staff especially night porter who was very helpful on late arrival. However the problem here is the price /quality ratio don’t really stack up. I paid 60 euro for a single with no fridge or air conditioning and an internal window. There are no international TV channels and the carpet in the communal areas badly need replacing. I have at stayed in 3 and 4 star places with far superior facilities for a similar price on the same trip. Although Santander hotels admittedly overall seem more expensive . The walls (and ceilings) in the building are very thin and noise travels easily. During the week this was not so much of a problem but on Saturday night / Sunday morning more so.

    There's nothing about this place that I can speak positively of, apart from the price, which isn't that low either. The mattress was incredibly old and worn out, the bed sank in the middle and the springs made a lot of noise. I literally had to lay a blanket on the floor and sleep on it because of the back pain it was causing me. The towel hangers and the shower in the bathroom were falling apart. It was incredibly noisy, even late at night, so we had to choose between not being able to sleep because of the noise or because of how unbearably hot the room was. A fan would be a nice addition.

    Had to find an hotel when our ferry was cancelled and luckily found the SAN Gloria. Very clean and well managed. Decor was a little dated but that added to the charm. Very helpful receptionist helped me with car parking. Definitely use this hotel again.

    I went there for two nights. The price was decent, the location is not the best but It’s close to the train station. The room was very cold. The hotel is very noisy. They don’t speak english at all. The bathroom was terrible. The shower head wasn’t working. The cleaning lady came in my room out of nowhere when I came out of the bathroom. It was a terrible experience.
