Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     I cracked my tibia in a motorcycle accident and was put up in this hotel before repatriation.     Comfortable, clean and modern hotel

    Impeccable room, modern bathroom, good quality towels and bath robes, and a generous vanity kit. Room equipped with kettle, fridge/mini bar, safe; a large bottle of water is refilled everyday.Our room had a view to the sea and it was amazing to wake up to it every morning. Very good quality breakfast and I must say excellent service - from reception and being welcomed with small attentions in the room to the breakfast service, the staff is very attentive, polite and efficient.     Excellent hotel in fantastic location. Sea view room was bright and spacious with a great shower. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want. It is the staff in this hotel which gives it a top rating . Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and friendly.     A delightful and stylish hotel close to the ferry terminal with great staff.

    It was a last minute booking that I made with the Puertochico hotel. It turned out to be far better than I had expected and was exactly what I needed after a long day's drive from Valencia. The hotel is well located for the ferry terminal, has a decent chargeable car park within a couple of minutes' walk , stylish and clean rooms and delightful staff. I am sure I will stay there again one day.
