US citizen left with no assistance

    rating23 Aug 2026

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. After leaving and heading down the coast we realized we left a back pack sitting in the parking garage and a cosmetic bag in our room. We have called MANY times and have received no assistance to look at their cameras to see who had picked up the backpack. Their housekeeping is also stating there was no cosmetic bag left in our room. We have a language barrier and they have been of no assistance as there were 2 laptops in the bacpack and has been very upsetting. If they would just share their security cameras with us of our parking space this would all be resolved.

Not able to pre-book the parking

    rating07 Oct 2023

Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet.Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost. The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car. There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. The reception opens the garage when you drive down. I wouldnt recommend a SUV going down this garage since it is very tight between floor 1 and 2.It is also important to be patient because there can be misunderstandings between cars going into the garage and out of the garage. The cars that are going out of the garage have a green light 2 floors down when it is ok for them to drive. The cars that are going down have no light they can look at or the ability to see cars coming up so misunderstandings can happen....especially if you come from different countries. So remember to be humble and it will work out if a situation arises where one car is going into the garage and another car is going out.I think it's quite rare that it happens but still good to be aware of it.

Excellent hotel for a road trip!

    rating09 Aug 2023

We stayed one night on our way to the south of Spain and we were very impressed about this hotel. We booked a Junior Suite and the room was impeccable, good size, modern design and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, has a good choice and variety. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel has a parking which is very convenient (15 €/night). Highly recommended!
