  Good location, room was very clean and big. We had a lovely balcony (no furniture, a couple of chairs will be nice). The room is a little bit dated, if i had a few more plugs, we had to unplug the lamps to charge our phones and a better hairdryer (the got one old fashion wall one) i would give it a 4. Breakast was good. Most of the staff were ok, a couple were not that nice unfortunately, no rude..just not very smiley.   Buenas habitaciones, en pleno centro, sin ruidos y una atención estupenda

  Excellent hotel! Rooms very comfortable and silent. The location of the hotel really in the centre with lots of interesting restaurants near it! We enjoyed our staying and the hotel lent us a wonderful meeting room at the 7th floor. Really nice!   We thought a place named Ciudad Real (the royal city) would be something to see. We were wrong, it is really underwhelming and not really worth a detour but the one positive thing we can say about it is we ate well and we slept well. The hotel was really nice, with comfortable quiet room even though it was located in the city center. If you really have to go to Ciudad Real, then this is the place.   Central hotel, good breakfast & helpful staff

  As a business traveller with a car, this hotel was relatively easy to get to in the centre of town, the bed was comfortable, hot shower and the breakfast was very well prepared with a great selection.   Amazing location, perfectly clean, top breakfast!

  The hotel is located in the sole centre of the city! The shops, restaurants, bars and tavernas are all in 5min walking distance.The hotel is a bit outdated, but that absolutely didn’t affect our stay there - the cleanliness, and the overall impression of our stay.The breakfast is very good and absolutely sufficient for everyone!And the last but not least, the staff is very pleasant and there for you at any time!
