  Loud . A bit rude. Not a good sleep

  Rooms are ok . Just a tv and a safe For electric devices tea and coffee are from a machine from the lobby . The housekeeping are so loud I mean really loud. You can hear everything in the other rooms even a phone vibrating. Food and drink are here but it's basic breakfast 13 eruo . Personally I would not come back here again. Had 3 powercuts and WiFi not the most reliable and slow. The bathroom looks nice having a shower is starts to flood due the shower not draining.It was not just me there was 14 of us.   From the reception to the bed it was very bad. Very slow check in with no information about the hotel or city. Restaurant closed. Not friendly area. Pillow were super hard and not cosy. You got the feeling to be in a dorm room with your neightbours. Noise until 2am. Then in the morning super slow check out without any concern. You add better option in the city center.

  First class experience for a reasonable price

  A very good one night stay on our journey from Santander to Almeria. Easy check in/check out, and a friendly helpful attitude from Javier on reception. The room was warm, the beds clean & comfortable and the extra touches of complimentary water and chocolates were appreciated. Although the location was in the quieter part of town it was only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor where many restaurants, bars and shops could be found.

  Charging me despite me cancelling before the cancallation date

  I made a reservation for this hotel for 11th November. My plans changed and I could not go. The policy states I can cancel up to 00.01am on 11th November. Despite contacting the hotel they will not cancel my reservation and will charge me. Hotels.com have also tried to contact the hotel and cancel it, but they have said I will get charged.

  One of the best breakfast

  We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.
