Absolutely soulless hotel, doesn’t at all reflect the delightful people from Valdepenas. In this hotel the front desk staff were lazy, where they hide in a back room and would appear only when the phone rings. We raised that our package included a bottle of olive oil, the staff all shook their heads indicating that they knew nothing about this. Honestly I suspect they pocket this as on the housekeepers trolley we spotted the bottles.Stay some where else!

Fabulous boutique hotel

We always come here when we stay in Valdepenas. It is a very clean boutique hotel with spa. A lovely bar. Large screen TV. Comfortable bed. Close to all amenities. Great breakfast. We even had a spa bath for an extra €20- It was great. Parking onsite bout it does cost. There is free parking a couple of blocks away where there are no blue bandsMany restaurants close by

A real gem for overnight stop over!
13 Jun 2023
Booked as a stopover from Bilbao to southern Spain. Secure underground parking which was navigable in a transit size van. Had a good sized accessible room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when travelling through Spain

A good overnight stop, if travelling to/from Madrid area.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Our room was quiet and spacious, with an impressive spa bath, though not everyone would be happy with the only partly obscure glass wall to one side, which was etched with bottles etc,! Not sure why previous reviews had criticised the breakfast. There was a wide selection of cold meats, local manchego cheese typical of Spanish breakfasts, but also including eggs, bacon, salmon. Bread, hot rolls, and a variety of yoghurt and fruit. Am impressive machine for pressing fresh orange juice, that you fed with oranges yourself! In the middle of Valdepeñas, and easy access to the local bars and restaurants in the nearby main square. The hotel”s secure garage parking (additional charge) was a bonus for us.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, secure parking
04 Oct 2021
The rooms are decorated in a retro 70's theme which makes them a bit hard on the eye but the bed was comfortable the shower was good with plenty of hot water and the car park is secure - so much so that it's hard to get out! Reception could have been more helpful. Overall it met our needs.
