Of our six week trip to Europe, this was the most disappointing hotel experience. Staff were not friendly or helpful. The staff did not assist with parking. Although they offer some parking spaces they were rude on the phone and in texts when we inquired. The hotel was not clean, noisy, no soundproofing, and the breakfast was minimal. No small fridge for snacks you carry. Not a place to stop if you are auto touring.

One to avoid if you're disabled!

A very disappointing treatment of a wheelchair-bound person, my husband. We had booked a disabled room and made it very clear to the hotel that my husband was in a wheelchair. We also asked if there was Parking and they confirmed and said that we would have to pay for it which was fine. We arrived and went down the steep ramp into the car park but then found that there was no lift from the car park up to the hotel. It would have been totally impossible for me, a 77year old, to push him in his wheelchair up the ramp to get into the hotel. I really cannot understand what they were thinking when they accepted our booking which made it very clear that one person was wheelchair bound. Even more disappointing - we'd guaranteed the room with a card -was their total refusal to offer or even discuss any sort of refund. Certainly a hotel to avoid if you're disabled - or even if you're able-bodied but don't fancy carrying cases up a steep ramp!

Booked for five nights to attend a flamenco event. I lasted one night. They refused to refund anything. The hotel, and the room smelled of insecticide. The bed was small and uncomfortable, The sheets were old and of the lowest quality. Air conditioning is controlled at the front desk. They give you the tv remote at check in for the tv that was smaller than most computer screens. The pool was gross. The breakfast was better than nothing, but the eggs were cold. It’s in the worst part of town. Even though I paid for five nights and stayed only one, I’m so glad I left this dump of a hotel. Another attendee of the flamenco event also had the misfortune to book this place, and he agreed with my assessment. If you want cheap and disgusting this is your place

ALERT TO TOURISTS

We visited Cordova on July 03-04, 2023 and upon exiting the garage the metal gate was inadvertently closed damaging the left doors and door handle of the rented vehicle. Everything went well with the local management until we submitted the charges on the damages to the rental vehicle; until now we haven’t been refunded on the damages whatsoever. This an ALERT to visitors to this Hotel that there is a potential risk at the garage with the metal gate in that if any damages are incurred, Hotel management will not cover the expense.

Nice dining area. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. A lot of variety in the food.The hotel is about 30 min casual walk to the historic area. There are a fewrestaurants In the area, but they observe the Spanish Siesta time so if you don't eat late lunch by 400PM you will not get a meal until 7-8Pm that night.Hotel rooms are comfortable and beds are clean and well kept. Rooms servicedevery day. Auto garage is right under the building, so gettingyou car is easy with immediate availability to the main street.
