The hotel has a wonderful location just 70 m from the mosque of Córdoba. The Guadalquivir River is only 300 m from the hotel and the Córdoba airport just 15 minutes by car. The town centre and the bus station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.

    Thoroughly enjoyed this small boutique hotel located just steps away from the Mezquita and other historical sites. Beautifully appointed hotel which was previously a convent. Spacious room, very comfortable and we also had our private patio with fountain. Attentive staff were an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.     Hidden gem

    Hotel Balcon de Cordoba is an absolutely hidden jem a stones throw from the Mezquita yet so very quiet and peaceful. It has an exceptionally beautiful and tranquil courtyard patio area where breakfast is taken and evening dinner too. There is also inside seating if you prefer. Hotel Balcon de Cordoba has the best roof terrace offering the most incredible views directly to the Mezquita and the tower, there cannot be a better roof terrace in the whole of Cordoba. We really enjoyed having pre dinner drinks on the terrace. Breakfast is a delight with a mix of table service and some self selection items such as cereals, nuts, yogurt, honey, home made marmalade and sweet treats. The coffee is excellent. It’s a small hotel with just 9 rooms which is exactly what we always hope to find when travelling. Sylvie who served us one evening dinner and on some of our breakfasts is delightful, graceful, friendly and so polite. Housekeeping are excellent, the hotel is immaculate throughout. You will be very well looked after if you stay here. Cannot recommend highly enough for its authenticity, location and understated beauty.     This beautiful hotel in an ancient monastery in the heart of Cordoba was a surprise of a delight. If you are looking for a small well run five star hotel this is your pic. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The staff are very helpful and the rooms were beautiful. I would highly recommend. Sara at the Front Desk was extremely helpful.
