  A Lovely Hotel, Very Convenient For the Centre of Cordoba

  Very helpful reception staff told us where the open patios were located - we didn't expect any at this time of year. Extremely convenient location - right next to the Mezquita. Lovely foyer and courtyard. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast could have included more hot vegetarian items, like mushrooms and tomatoes, to go with the egg that was available. There is also an attached cafeteria/bar that is open to the public throughout the day, and this was a little disappointing - less helpful staff, and the range of items on offer was more limited. However, the review is still a 5 star one, because this is not part of the main hotel experience.

  Amazing location in Cordoba

  Prime location within the square where you step out and 5 steps away is the mosque/cathedral facing you which was such a pleasant surprise. Located around were shops and restaurants, so there’s everything available on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms tidy and clean. Breakfast was €10 per person, per day with a decent selection available. Car parking is onsite if booked and available. However, alternative parking can be found across the river for free with a 10 min walk across the Roman bridge and a further 5 up a gentle slope. As a family, we really had a fabulous time.

  A Lovely Hotel With Some Serious Failings

  The hotel is very nice but has a few glaring discrepancies or error errors.First, we reserved our room including breakfast. On our first breakfast, Saturday, May 2, 2026, there was no bread. There was room for five baskets of rolls/buns/croissants and all of the baskets were empty. They obviously contained various buns/rolls originally, but they were never replenished while we were in at breakfast. They ran out. They also ran out of Yogurt, but to give them credit after the yoghurt stand was empty when we arrived, 45 minutes later they brought out more. When we arrived the station for scrambled eggs was also empty. After about 30 minutes they brought out more, but they were cold. Not even room temperature but colder than that. Inedible. At the station where you could get plain water, they had four water bottles of ordinary water, all empty. They were not replenished while we were there for our time of a little over an hour. They did have a small bottle of sparkling water which was sufficient for us. On our second morning, the breakfast was better, because we assume the staff was not so busy. However the breakfast room was clearly understaffed the whole time we were there. all this second day they did also run short of bread.They have both a dining room room inside the hotel and the patio in the interior courtyard outside; in both of them you must order the prix-fixe menu consisting of three courses for dinner and for older tourist such as us these dinners are just too large. They refused to allow us to share even though the dining room and the patio were nowhere near full either a day we were there. He must be noted that we would also have ordered drinks. It was clearly apparent that other tourists did not want to have to order so much food that they could not possibly share. it would've been much better if they had an à la carte menu like just about every other restaurant. I want to specifically know that it's not a matter of cost, but a matter of having to order more than twice as much food as we could possibly eat.Our room however it was quite nice. It was small as our most rooms in Europe, and the window faced an interior courtyard, across from which was the most amazing wall mural. It was on the interior courtyard side of the steps from floor to floor opposite our room.The location for tourists was absolutely perfect in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, right next to the cathedral which was inside what was originally a mask; when the questions took over the city the mask was considered too beautiful to destroy so it remains with the Christian church inside.The staff was very helpful and accommodating but that did not make up for the feelings at breakfast and in the restaurant.For the price that the hotel charges, these failures do not, in our opinion, make up for the other lovely parts of the hotel.We did reserve the hotel through a specific airline's agency which is supposed to vent the quality of the hotels they recommend and which you can book. However, the agency will be advised of the failings of the hotel in the hope that they either remove the listing or advise the hotel of the unacceptable of some of their services

  Amazing location beside the Mosque and our room, 206, looked out over the alleyways and mosque. Our room was very spacious, exactly as described with a very large comfortable bed and bathroom. The staff were so helpful, even providing a kettle and mugs when we requested these for our room.The breakfast was good for me as I enjoy continental and the fruit and pastries selection was great. If you want a hot meal the selection was small, bacon, frankfurter and scrambled egg.There was a lot of street noise including street sweepers in the early hours.

  Good hotel very close to tourist spots

  Lovely hotel. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast was varied. Clean restaurant. Very local to cordoba- cathedral and Musa ibn Nusayr bridge. Lovely sovenier shops in the area and cafes and restaurants within close walking distance. Pizza place and cafe next door.No iron or kettle in room, however provided when I asked for one. Temperature in the room could not be regulated well, either too hot or cold. Enought room for storage. Overall a lovely hotel
