  Large, comfortable junior suite, but everywhere clumsy sliding doors and the bathroom no door - no privacy. Overlooking a busy junction, so sleep quality not good. 20’ away from the Mezquita and 10’ from there train station

  The hotel has great location to explore the city, it is very well maintained, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

  Good location with easy access from the roads, parking. Rooms nice and clean and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff

  Dec 2025: We visited for a second time as we enjoyed ourselves so much previously. Totally different experience. Unfriendly staff, such a difference from last time. However the main complaint was the shower. The first morning it was quite cold with only very short bursts of heat. We told the reception staff, no apologies for the inconvenience, just asked us if we would like to get it looked at. 2nd morning the shower was freezing, we couldn't shower. We reported it at check out, the reception staff basically implied we were at fault because they had sent someone to check it. Again no apology, customer service appalling. This was not the only issue with our stay. The bath mat was wet when we arrived and the safe was locked. Again we reported the safe to reception, again no apology. Overall a total lack of accountability from the staff. Will not be returning.
