Close to the historical center and shops, clean rooms, nice decoration, big and comfortable bed, small room but it is normal in such a historical area. The hotel has very kind and helpfull staff. Beautiful spot
25 Sept 2024
A quite beautiful little hotel. Right in the centre of the Cordoba old town , close to the river and the Cathedral. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, very nice. Staff were lovely and friendly. Buffet breakfast was just what we needed. Don’t park at the hotel as the streets are very , very narrow , we parked 10 mins walk away and it was all good. I would stay there again Atención al cliente, Ventas at Soho Boutique Atalia, responded to this review Dear A8547MLstephenm, Thank you very much for choosing us and for your fantastic evaluation. We would be very happy if you come back to our hotel again. Our best regards.

still waiting for £60 paid for a room I did not use due to their hotel, from what I saw, being so filthy.
12 May 2024
It was almost impossible to find the 'hotel'. It is hidden behind metal gates, you cannot see the hotel at all. When I gained access, it seemed chaotic. Receptionist photocopied my passport, said the room was not ready and proceeded to put my luggage in a side room. I noticed on route how filthy everywhere was that I saw and told the receptionist I would not be staying, asked to see the manager, told not available, I left a letter for her attention setting out my complaints. Have heard nothing since despite sending 2 emails to their 'head office', contacting Booking with complaint. Disgusting from what I saw. My day was completely wasted trying to find suitable accom in Cordoba.Stayed in their Capuchinos hotel a couple of years ago which was good apart from the bath which was unusable due to being minute, enclosed by a screen, downright dangerous. Message to Soho Atalia, please return my money. There are no signs anywhere to inform people looking for the hotel where it is. Silly comment by receptionist when I complained about how filthy the hotel is "well it is in the Jewish Quarter". Atención al cliente, Ventas at Soho Boutique Atalia, responded to this review Dear W425NLannh, We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but the hotel management team contacted you via e-mail on 2 occasions, responding to your complaints. We recommend that you check the SPAM folder of your email. The cancellation policy on this platform is clear and Booking.com informs you in the booking confirmation. There is no margin of modification in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, as the established cancellation deadlines are not met. Expenses are incurred which are borne by the client as we do not have time to react with such a short margin of time. As you have NOT been a guest of the hotel, as you cancelled your reservation after the deadline, and the cancellation charges correspond to the rate chosen, we will not take into account your comments and evaluations. We understand that it is an unpleasant situation for you to have to pay for not staying, but clearly in your booking conditions that you chose and accepted were already indicated. We regret that you use this way to confuse other guests who have enjoyed the hotel facilities and value the contributions of other guests. Regards

Perfect location and staff but noisy hotel
12 Jan 2024
We decided to enjoy our stay in this hotel as we have and excellent stay in another Soho Boutique in Sevilla. For these one I would like to highlight the staff. always friendly and helpful and the location, in the old city heart and two min. walk to the Mosque/Cathedral. The rooms where clean, but in our room all spaces to small, we could not move both at the same time. I think removing some “useless” furniture at least would gain some space. Toilet is tiny but shower water pressure is perfect. The main problem for us was the noise. Very noisy as the walls are too thin i guess, we could hear all conversations even from people at 3am in the morning. Also the window was “connected” the the lobby hall and we could hear also conversations in the hall. So, hotels is nice well situated and nice staff, but rooms small and noisy, we could not sleep well and on a trip this is basic for us. In our case, next time we would look for another place but still believe that other Soho Boutique are great options.Regards Atención al Cliente Soho Boutique Hotels, Ventas at Soho Boutique Atalia, responded to this review Dear Xavier L, We appreciate your loyalty to our chain, Soho Boutique Hotels and for commenting so positively the treatment of our staff or our excellent central location of our hotel in Cordoba. We take note of your comment that has not allowed the maximum excellence. We have other room categories than the one you booked, so for future stays in our hotel we recommend that you opt for a higher category, thus ensuring the desired space. Our main premise is to satisfy all the expectations that our guests have during their stay in our facilities and services. We understand that these points that you have pointed out as improvements were a priority for you. We will take them into account. We will be delighted to welcome you again and offer you a great stay in a new opportunity both in this hotel and in any other of our chain. Our best regards.

Nice hotel in old city

Stayed here for one night and enjoyed it. Room was clean and good size. Bathroom was good. WiFi was adequate. Very convenient to the Mestiza and Bridge. Lots of restaurants in the area. We parked in a public garage and took a 5-minute walk into the hotel. Great breakfast.
