  Ok…..but don’t book direct with the hotel!

  We booked this hotel as a low cost option and because of the parking. We booked directly with the hotel for what we thought was slightly cheaper than on booking.com (£160 for 2 nights in a double room with a balcony including breakfast) However when we checked out they wanted €318. It is possible I made a mistake but I don’t think so. The confirmation email from the hotel did not stipulate the price (an error I will not overlook again) so we had no choice but to pay it. The hotel is very basic but clean and the pool is pleasant. The walk into the old town is about 25 mins. My advice if you choose to stay here is do not book directly with the hotel - go through a 3rd party like booking.com to avoid any ‘misunderstanding’ at checkout! The location and rooms are really not worth more than £70-£80 a night.

  Great location and lovely little hotel

  Great location and easy to drive to. Private car park out front which was free and there was a nice pool area private surrounded by trees. There was a National power cut while we were there so there were no lifts nor electric lighting but the hotel ensured all guests were located as close to the ground floor which was good thinking. We payed for the continental Breakfast which was adequate if not a little expensive for what it was but there were no other nearby options. The hotel was an excellent location on foot for sightseeing and we didn’t need any public transport throughout both days. The room was clean and well maintained comfy beds. Walls paper thin though as you could hear just normal regular conversations but that’s just the age of the hotel. We had a little terrace area outside which was a nice touch although it was just a wall surrounding with no view but perfectly adequate

  Good Value Stay

  We stayed for one night in early January. Hotel was well located (25-30 mins walk to the cathedral), very clean and the staff were helpful. Parking is free. A taxi back to the hotel from near the cathedral is around €6. We paid approx. £85 for a triple room, and it represented good value versus the hotels right in the centre of Cordoba.

  We stayed here on two seperate occsions within a week or so. On the first visit the two resception desk staff we encountered both on booking in and booking out were efficient, clear and proactive. We ate both breakfast and an evening meal. The food and service were good. The rooms were fine on both visits. However, during our second visit the reception staff member when booking us in felt it necessary to labour the point on the pronoceation of my own surname. To the extent where my mature years must have shown as i was tired of listening to his misplaced rhetoric. Parking was also fine.

  Very good cost effective option if visiting Cordoba. The Director says GO.

  All the basics covered. Very clean. Good shower. Car parking included. Very good value. Excellent Breakfast.Luis on reception was great. Give this man a rise.The "Director" says go... you know what I mean.Overall very impressed with the Hotel Oasis.
