It is about 200 m from the shops, around 400 m from the tourist centre, some 500 m from the city centre and just 600 m from the Gran Teatro de Córdoba. It lies only 650 m from Córdoba's Great Mosque, about 900 m from the Museum of Fine Arts and around 1 km from the Alcázar of Cordoba and the Roman Bridge crossing the Guadalquivir River. Córdoba train station is 15 minutes' walk away. It is approximately 142 km to Seville Airport and 170 km to Malaga Airport.

One night in cordoba

Very nice hotel situated in the heart of cordoba , rooms very clean with a modern bathroom / shower the room had a tv and Aircon , we loved the hotel but found it a little noisy through the night as we were overlooking the street , but that wouldn’t stop us from returning , the check in staff were great and they speak all different languages , our room wasn’t quite ready on arrival so we left our overnight luggage in a safe room with them . All in all very nice and we enjoyed our stay and at a very good price €72 for 3 of us including breakfast . Did The Job At The Price Very Well

I stayed solo for 3 nights in September.Relatively easily found on foot from the railway station on the edge of the historic old town (very easy walking distance to all the sights)The nearby square offers bars/restaurants frequented by locals.Pleasant/efficient/English speaking reception staff.This small, decent value/budget Hospederia is located in an old building which has been internally modified to a pleasant modern standard.Room access is via a narrow, steep, spiral staircase - I’m sure baggage assistance would be offered if needed.The quiet, small (a couple may well find it too small) room (15) was modern, clean and with a good standard of linen and towels. Faced onto the small patio, i.e. natural light. Space enough for a small roll along bag, but anyone arriving with 2 large suitcases will struggle. Very clean, compact bathroom with a shower area just about large enough to be practical.Be in no doubt that this is a budget property, but it does this very well at good value, Luis De Gongora, Dueño at Hospederia Luis de Gongora, responded to this review Thank you very much for your rating and comment. A great Hostal a short walk from the Mesquita, many restaurants & bars. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The en-suite shower was efficient. Excellent air conditioning, so necessary in the heat of Cordoba. Staff very friendly. Fantastic value for money. Just perfect

Everything was nearly perfect. The location is in the very heart of historic center, the staff is friendly and helpful,the room was spacious and comfortable. The building is charming. It faces a lively square but it's kind of sound proof. Highly recommended! Okay for a couple of nights

This place is decent for its price. The only massive issue I had was the shower. Firstly, it wasn’t very clean. Secondly, the water drains very slowly. It means that when you shower there’s a puddle on your feet and there are all sorts of things floating about, it’s not very nice. Also the whole bathrooms gets very wet. Overall it was okay for a couple of days, but I wouldn’t want to stay there for too long personally.
