  The Air-conditioning was not working at all. When we switch to cool mode, it turns out the heater will on. The hotel said that the Air-conditioning was control by central. So all the room will never get the cool and cozy room.Then when we open the door that facing the teracce, the guest under my room talk too much very noisy and and the smoke of their smoking enter my room which is very very bad!!!. This is the worst hotel that I've been stay in Spain!!! I will never ever stay again at this hotel. I am wish for a cozy and nice sleep, turns to nightmare by hearing next door guest. Soooooo uncomfortable

  Lovely place located in the heart of the city of Cordova few walking distance from the market and the town centre. The room was clean has all that you need. The gym was very basic only cardio machines, the pool is small medium size I will say needs a bit more cleaning around the tiling area breakfast cost €9 and was delicious. Service was polite

  Stayed several nights in May.The bed was comfy, reading lamps are excellent, and the room safe fits a 16 inch laptop. The maid service was daily and great! The bathroom has great water pressure, although the bathtub is delaminated, the finish is coming off. Hair dryer is hard to hold down the trigger also had a short cord. The makeup/shaving does not swivel up and down, and it lacks lighting. it’s also too high, so someone under 5 foot 7 cannot view themselves.The hotel does not have a laundry service so we used Solymar TINTORERÍA LAVANDERÍA, just a 10 min walk away.Our room had a terrace so it only had a door with no screen so we could not leave it open at night and our air quality was quickly into the unhealthy range. Yes we traveled with an air monitor! The lights and the electric outlets go out when you remove your room card from the holder… ask for a second key to leave in the room so you can keep charging your watches and battery packs while you pop out to breakfast etc. We had a terrace which is nice t when you have some time in your room. Patio would be more useable with a bistro table and chairs. Loungers are ok, but they are a large target for the birds! They give you complimentary water only the first day! Convince stores close by if you want to save some €. Hall lights are motion censored which is good for the environment but not for an anxious person entering a dark hallway.The elevator is not key activated so anyone could make their way to a dimly lit hallway. Location convenient to train station and major attractions.   Great location walking distance to the historic center but that all that is good about it. Though two bottles were provided they wouldn’t give us more for a two night stay. The bathroom floor was dirty, there is no coffee or even hot water to make tea in the room. The pool was so so and the small gym was exactly that. Small. I’d rather for my morning walk around the city.
