Location

This beach hotel is located right by the sea, between the wonderful pebble beaches at Fornells and Aigua Blava. The town of Begur lies just 5 km away with a range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 17 junior suites, 4 suites, 2 single rooms and 62 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.     Another lovely week in Aiguablava. Staff attentive, as ever, with Antonio looking after the restaurant now. Changes we really like since our last visit are the heated pool and the coffee making facilities in the room. The only suggestion is to bring back the staff name badges. It's nice to get to know everyone.

    Charming quality family hotel. Tasteful decor in this cliff side setting. So good I want to keep it a secret. Will definitely be back there. Lots of walking opportunities and lots of steps.

    Hotel Aigua Blava is situated on the coast, not far from the town of Begur. It is situated on a Blood overlooking a beautiful bay. The famous coastal, hiking trail, the Cami de Ronda goes right by the hotel. From your hotel room, you can walk down to the Fornell Beach and go for a swim in the glorious Mediterranean. I believe most rooms, have a view out towards the ocean, and the dining areas overlook the water. Our bedroom was well appointed and very comfortable. The room had plenty of closet space, a mini fridge, two TVs, and a little safe. We were there for a wedding, and lots of guests also stayed at the hotel. There is a swimming pool, a badminton court, a nice little bar, and plenty of parking. Breakfast was fabulous! I had lots of fruit omelette, scrambled eggs, coffee, croissants, lots of other things. We ate dinner twice there, and it was OK, but not great. Begur Is a short drive – 10 minutes away. Girona is just about an hour away. Well, I think you could be really comfortable and fun just staying at the hotel, it was nice to have a car. I love this hotel, and hope to return one day.

    What a great hotel and vert nice people working there. Spevially the 2 women who cleaned our room every day. They where so nice and friendly and dis a great job. The breakfast was also great with nice waiters.

    This is a gem of a hotel. Luxurious but unpretentious. The location is stunning and our room with sea view and balcony was dream like. At this time of year I swam alone in the bay in summer warmed waters. The pool was spotless and sparkling and 28c with few people exercising or sunbathing. The extensive gardens offer many areas of tranquility to relax in perfect quiet. Communal areas were comfortable and numerous again a feeling of calm and tranquility. I’m sure this is very different in high season but in October it was a perfect stay. In fact I don’t want you to go there I might not get a booking next year! Loved it, please don’t change a thing. Oh yes and amazing breakfasts…!!
