This hotel has the potential to be great but it has been neglected. We stayed for 8 days & the first impression was awful, the older room they put us in was next to the kitchen and was awful it was like a dungeon. They moved us the following day which had we been given the newer room on arrival it probably would haven’t been so bad, but after travelling for so long & then given a room that was dark & dirty it was insulting particularly when you’ve worked & saved for a holiday. On the plus side the staff are friendly, the food & service in the restaurant was good and the room once changed was decent, also the entertainment was good & inclusive but I wonder why they squeeze it into the tiny area by the bar & pool. There is so much space in this hotel to use. However in all, this place needs a hotel manager, some of the rooms need retiring immediately, as does the spa, also the outside table chairs are old and in desperate need of a deep clean & cushions & wicker chairs thrown out. The place is really lacking a good clean, in the evening the bar staff wiped the chairs and table but they were still dirty. I only saw the room cleaners & one day a cleaner wiping the glass along the stair case, but no other cleaners around the hotel at all, daily cleaning of this hotel is required. The pool was small and although they put a cleaning machine in at night it looked dirty & uninviting. Overall we made the best of the time but would not return. There are plenty of hotels that are not modern but have high standards in hygiene & cleanliness. This hotel is not one of them.

Absolutely not recommend led the pool is small and no floaties allowed! The bathrooms are dirty and not kept dry my husband fell down stairs as he slipped , changing the baby . The baby change is full of soil . Not to mention the spa !! WHAT SPA .. the pool playlist was repeating one bob marley CD ALL WEEK !! The chef was dripping sweat and his dna was all over my burger and chips .. it’s easily a 2 star .. the all inclusive was not we paid for a Safe key, the mini fridge was empty Paid for a kettle to boil water for the baby To order a drink at the bar at night , would get you one drink .. this is a good location but the hotel WAS DISCUSSING.. it’s a no and stay away from on us . The spa had nothing working mold in steam room , it was smelly and no one used it

We spent 10 nights here and i can honestly say it was great, please don't be put off with the negative reviews. We were All/Inc and the food was lovely, staff are great and friendly. We would definitely return to this wee haven. Thanks al at AS we had a fabulous holiday x

I've never done a review but felt compelled after some of the ones I've read. I was nervous going based on the reviews but we had a great time as a family of four with two young kids. For the price we paid we felt we got good value for money. This hotel is fine, it has a few flaws but so do they all. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. Location absolutely perfect, less than 5 mins to beach. Tons of restaurants/bars around in walking distance, can't get much better location.Rooms were fine, cleaned regularly, air con was excellent, views from the balcony were very nice also. Staff very friendly and helpful overall. Food in the restaurant was decent, breakfast was a bit repetitive but there's only so much you can do with breakfast. Pool areas were nice and the all inclusive choice at the bar was decent also. The young Ukrainian bar man was very friendly. Lifeguards did blow their whistles a bit but only when people were breaking the rules, they're just doing their job. Few flaws, it's not really buggy friendly around the pool, stairs up to the other pools makes it a nightmare. It could also do with more sun loungers for the amount of people there. Also the all inclusive food was a nightmare, chef cooking one meal at a time with a queue of people waiting, needs to be fixed ASAP, lots of people getting annoyed about that. Pool entertainment also repetitive but everyone enjoyed.

Location - Very easy 5 minutes to beach and centre of shops / restaurantsAtmosphere - good, very slow paced and more for Spanish people, Spanish shows etc but we still enjoyed our stayRooms - nice, free air conditioning. We asked for an adapted room for my elderly mum (83) which we where given. Value - Value for money as breakfast and evening meal was included and the rooms where cleanBreakfast - lots to choose from, cooked, croissants, fruit, yogurts, hams, cheese etcEvening meal - again lots to choose from, lots of selection, food nice.Noise level - never had any problems. Did hear a few banging doors etc but its a hotel !Entertainment - basic, not much for children at all, some Spanish dancing at night.Restaurants - All basically serve the same, but most close at 11.00. All food lovely and cooked fresh in various places we ate.Pool - didn't use Beach - We hired 4 sunbeds and 2 parasols. 10 euros each, so we where paying 60 euros every beach visit. Plenty of them. Beach is mini stones. Sea very dangerous but fun. Big dip into the sea, not great for little ones.Stayed 7 nights in this hotel / resort. We would return.Staff on front desk reception very helpful and nice with us.
