Location

This hotel is located in the middle of a wonderful garden, in the hotel district of Santa Susanna. This area is part of the coastal district of Maresme and offers a 2 kilometre-long, coarse-grained sandy beach. This hotel lies within 50 m of the nearest sandy beach, just one promenade away which can be reached through a railway underpass. There are several shopping and entertainment venues located in the area surrounding the hotel and public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 354 rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    My daughter and I had a lovely holiday at the beginning of may, the hotel was spotless and staff were very hardworking and polite.. we were all inclusive and there is definitely something for everyone.     Nice hotel but experience not the best

    Came here as a couple for our first holiday together and honestly the experience was very mixed. The hotel itself is clean and does look like the photos online, and the location is probably the best thing about it it was close to the beach, shops, restaurants and an easy train ride into Barcelona. However, there were quite a few things that really let the holiday down.The first night completely knocked my confidence. A woman who worked at the hotel came over to me in the restaurant and commented on what I was wearing. I had on a skort and top, which was completely appropriate for a hot country and no more revealing than what many other guests were wearing. She looked me up and down and said although I looked nice, “some people wouldn’t appreciate” how I was dressed because it was “too revealing.” I found this extremely unprofessional and honestly humiliating. As a 32-year-old woman and mother, I felt judged and embarrassed for absolutely no reason. It made me anxious and self-conscious about my outfits for the rest of the holiday, which is not how anyone should feel while away.The pool area looked nice and was kept clean, but the water was freezing cold to the point we couldn’t even enjoy using it. The atmosphere around the pool was also chaotic most days due to loud groups of children constantly splashing, shouting, pushing each other in and generally taking over the entire area with no staff seeming to step in. There was no relaxing atmosphere at all. Aware it’s a family hotel the groups didn’t seem to have any adults with them and was just left to their own devices. The room was kept very clean and we was happy with the cleaness of the room. But We booked a double room and were given two single beds pushed together which constantly separated during the night so we kept falling into the middle. The walls are paper thin, you can hear toilets flushing, people talking in neighbouring rooms, furniture moving, doors slamming and people shouting in corridors late into the night. Sleep was difficult most nights because of the noise. We had also requested a sea view room but instead looked directly onto other people’s balconies which felt cramped and disappointing.The food was average at best. There was variety, but breakfast was exactly the same every single day and desserts were very poor with barely any decent options.Another thing that really affected the experience was the attitude of some guests staying at the hotel. Many people were rude, arrogant and had no awareness or manners towards others, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. If you’re under the age of 40-50 I’d advise not to come here. Overall, while the location is convenient and the hotel is visually clean, the experience itself did not live up to expectations. Between the uncomfortable interaction with staff, poor room setup, constant noise and disappointing atmosphere, it was not the relaxing couples holiday we had hoped for.     First visit to Florida Park in Santa Susanna and loved every minute of it. Remarkable weather for mid April helped but I have to sing the praises of this Hotel. It's cleaned and very well maintained. All the staff were brilliant particularly Pascal behind reception so big thanks to him. Wonderful food and a pint for 4 euros. We are heading back late summer.     Family holiday making memories

    Florida park what a lovely hotel with amazing staff and the place is very welcoming.The food is of excellent standard and plenty of choice you wont have an issue finding something you like.The bar staff are very welcoming and know how to keep you filled up with there quality drinks be it alcoholic or something soft for the kids lots of choice and variety.The rooms are basic with tv small fridge and air con, the beds are very comfortable and the free wifi and safe is a massive bonus for a hotel of this size.I will be visiting again this year as i love santa susanna and the people who work in the hotel are very polite which is how it should be.
