  Really enjoyed this hotel :)

  Just back from a 6 night stay with my two friends, when we arrived the reception was lovely and offered us champagne on arrival. The 3 of us were sharing a room and it was spacious, the beds were big for being single beds and our balcony had plenty of room. The cleaner was lovely and gave us new towels, toilet roll when needed. The bar staff were so so lovely, nothing was a bother and they were always so friendly when ordering drinks. The location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the beach which we really didn’t mind, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We got a taxi to Tossa de mar one day which the hotel organised for us. The 2 pools are both sun traps with the sun being there all day until about 7pm in the evening. Overall the hotel was lovely, clean, friendly, spacious and we had the best time ever.   Our band stayed at SUN Village Hotel for 6 days for a festival in the area, during our stay we received excellent hospitality, excellent staff as they are friendly always ready to help with a smile, one of the best hotel to stay in lloret de Mar. They maintain exceptional hotel room cleanliness at all times. The location was fantastic few minutes to restaurant, supermarket, pubs and the beach. Most importantly it is a safe hotel. They offered freshly made food everyday which was amazing and service was impeccable.A kudos to all the staff, we had a great time, Thank you. If we have the chance to come again, no doubt this hotel would be our first choice.   Amazing hotel

  Just returned from a 5 night stay Such a nice hotel. As a solo traveler its important to be safe and have things to do.Such a lovely check in by Yaiza so friendly and felt very welcome a lovely lady.The room was basic but had everything you needed very clean and comfy bed, nice bath room with a hairdryer (no kettle) always bring my own so all good.2 pools the one at the back has4 beach beds on the upper level which are so nice it was like heaven you just have to get one really relaxed vibe round the pool and has a pool bar which is good price.I went half board and the food was great so much selection at times it can get quite busy depending what time you eat but I really enjoyed the selection.Beach was amazing a 5 mins walk lots of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops around. Lloret town is a 15 mins walk but was very busy much nicer here with enough to do. I booked a day trip to Barcelona 1 hour away which was fantastic well worth going.All in all I had a fantastic holiday and a great stay here all the staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome very safe for a solo traveler Thankyou so much for a great stay.   Good location, 5 minutes down to the beach & promenade.About 15/20mins walk to resort centre, the location was the best thing. Food OK, average hotel buffet food, but very repetitive if there for a week. There was no toast machine or toaster at breakfast, just a panini press, which doesn't make toast. After using it on the first morning I didn't bother trying again, warm squished bread isn't toast.Staff very nice, mostly helpful & friendly apart from 1 grumpy woman in the restaurant.2 pools, both fully decked & both decks were not in a good state of repair, snapped boards, missing chunks & screws sticking up, didn't feel safe to walk on. Day beds in the "chill out zone" were mouldy, need a good clean or new cushions.Aircon doesn't go below 21 degrees, which isn't ideal, beds comfy, maid service every day. Nice view of the beach from our room on the 6th floor. Not a 3 star, only a good 2 in my opinion. Walls very thin but the location is good, tho walking back up the hill isn't as easy as the walk down.   Horrible experience

  Where to start. I stayed in room 210The air-con is stupid cant have it on when door is open. Even when it is on u cant feel anything because its that weak and facing a wall so it blows into that. So it was super horrible to try sleep at nightThe fridge didnt keep anything cold and was told it was a new fridge but the dial in the fridge was took out so u couldnt make it colder.The bed was hard and matteress kept moving off the bed. The sheet was rough and didnt keep you cool.Also there young lady on reception spoke to us really nastly because we complained about the issues. We asked for a different room and was refused, we even asked are Jet2 rep came and spoke to them and asked them to move and they said no.
