This apartment complex is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar. From the building it is only about 200 m to the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with your family or for an active holiday with friends. There are many shopping venues as well as countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the close vicinity. There is also a stop on the public transport network just some 200 m away, with a bus station around 800 m and a railway station about 6 km from the hotel. The station can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Girona airport lies around 35 km away, and it is roughly 115 km to Barcelona airport.

The apartment complex has 28 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. This hotel is basic and you pay very little. The rooms themselves are what you pay for and there are some ok facilities. The staff however are shocking, they will try and con you out of every bit of money possible. when I returned one night the front door would not open for me and the receptionist tried to charge me 5 euros just to open the door for me. He told me he has another job and couldn't be opening the door for me so I should pay. When I refused he stormed off on his phone. I can only assume he was trying to con some money out of me. On of our guests also lost a key to one room and they Charged 50 euros to replace it. Again I saw no written rules stating this was the official fine for losing a key so wouldn't be surprised if this was again a Con.Our room was basic but the shower flooded every time it was used causing the floor to get dirty. We raised this to staff but they seemed unconcerned.When we checked out we put all of our rubbish in the bin and left the apartment as we found it. We were told we were not allowed to leave rubbish in the bin and had to clean the floor or again we would be fined over 100 euros. where else are we supposed to leave rubbish other than the bin?While this apartment seems like a good cheap deal they will try and get every single last penny out of you while never once caring or assisting you in anyway. I would pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

I stayed at the dosjoimi apartments with a group of 6 friends last summer. It was a simple apartment, but it was good enough for us. The owners were very nice and helpful, but the night watchman was very strict. He wouldn't let you in another apartment, even if you just went out for a quick drink with your neighbors. Apart from that, we have had a nice stay.

I've been to lloret de mar last year. I and 3 friends stayed at the dosjoimi apartments. The apartment was simple, but clean and everting you need is availeble. I recomend this apartment to everyone because you will get a very good valeu fotr your money!

I booked a weeks stay in lloret de mar for my boyfriends birthday at a neighbouring hotel. We received an email 3 days before we left saying the hotel had shut due to the end of the season, so they had to change the hotel to the dosjoimi. When we arrived at lloret de mar, the transfer bus dropped us off "around the corner" from the hotel, we were unable to find it so had to ask people where it was. Eventually we found it, it looked more like a jail than a hotel. The doors were locked and the windows had shutters on them. We rang the bell, there was no answer so we had to phone the number that was on the door. We waited for around 45 minutes for the receptionist to arrive, when he did, he asked for 100 euro deposit. We arrived in the room which looked more like a box. There was no toiletries, you had to pay extra for towels and there were burn marks and make up marks on the table. I went in for a shower and the shower curtain was so dirty it actually stank. Whilst in the shower the water wouldn't drain, then all the dirty water came up through the drain. Absolutely horrendous is the only way I can describe it.The terrace faced on to the person across the streets living room and it looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned.The "pool" was a dipping pool with debris and grime on the bottom and dead insects and bird droppings in it.There is no bar or resteraunt in it, and we didn't once see the receptionist after the initial time (except to get the money back) as his door was locked at all times.I would definitely return to the area but I'd never return to the "hotel" we never once seen or heard anyone else in the hotel, and trust me, it's a very small hotel.Also, there were loads of signs everywhere regarding information for the hotel, however, they were in German and Spanish so I could only make out little snippets of information.In all seriousness, never use this hotel!
