  Sheets and towel for money,no toilett paper,cant cook because nothing in kitchen.I was 10 times in Llloret ,but is worst hotel ever. Wifi low and 5 euro per day. No staff in hotel and we cant sleep because drunk belgian neighbours blabllaaa

  Pros: The central location was excellent, with a stunning sea view and loads of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.Cons: When we arrived, the hot geyser was not working so we had no hot water for the night (Instead, we were given keys to another room to shower for the night). Not enough kitchen appliances; old furniture; the third couple didnt have a room together. Even though on their booking.com page it says they have paid wifi, it is not available in AR Borodin apartments!!

  Great location, so-so accomodations

  Stayed here 5 nights in late October, 2014 with my girl friend, prior to returning to Barcelona to board the Celebrity Equinox for a 14 day transatlantic cruise to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt. with balcony that was ocean front and across the street from the parking lot and beach). Very reasonable price of about $50 per night and the comments below will indicate why. The apt. we were given was not the one I contracted for (second floor instead of fifth floor) since the original one had a plumbing problem and was not available when we checked in. The bedrooms were all small although the living-dining room area was quite adequate. Best thing about the apartment was the large balcony spanning the living room and "master" bedroom. Excellent view from the balcony. The bathrooms were nice, but had virtually no storage space for toiletries. The major downside to the apartment, and the reason we will not return on our next visit to Lloret, was the miserable double bed. It was small, uncomfortable, sagged and generally very substandard. My girl friend hated it and slept in the living room on the sofa after the first night, giving me a little more room to stretch out.Had a problem with the hot water the first night but that was resolved the next morning by the very helpful check in lady (Stefania). The unit had a small but functional kitchen, although the gas burners on the stove did not work. I discovered this our last night when I wanted to heat up some leftovers. Nice size refrigerator and adequate dishes and cookware.The building has 2 small elevators and a security entry door opened with a special key. There was no free wi-fi in our apt. although we were able to purchase it for 1 EUR a day at the management office across the street. No parking at the property but I was able to find free parking for my rental car about 3 blocks away for the 5 days of my stay.Perhaps the unit with the plumbing problem I originally rented on a higher floor would have been better (the bed certainly couldn't have been worse) since the apartments are individually owned and decorated by their owners. The management company has 3 apartments in the building for rent. Although the location was excellent, there was a lot of street noise late at night, particularly on the weekend. So I cannot recommend the apartment or the building for the above reasons.
