Money stolen from purse over night and purse thrown over balcony while in bed!
19 Sept 2025
Money stolen over night from purse and purse thrown over the balcony. Purse had £90 and 30euro cash in when I went to bed. My handbag was in the living room and when I woke in the morning my purse was missing, after searching we had spied it thrown over the balcony. After it had been retrieved by the staff and handed back I checked to realise all the money had been taken. Hotel won’t do anything under £600. CCTV has not been checked. Real shame as the location was good and pool area nice.

Purse robbed
19 Sept 2025
Purse was left in living room over night. Woke up in the morning and purse was missing, had been thrown over the balcony. £90 English money missing and 30euros stolen. Real shame as the hotel is in a good location with a good pool area.

Spacious clean apartment. Great location. Beaches, 10 or 20 mins walk. Restaurants super market shops on doorstep. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, big balcony with views. Friendly helpful staff. Pool table. Stun ning rooftop pool. Loads of sunbeds and space on roof. Great day trips loads to do. Bad experience
28 May 2025
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. They asked for a €100 cash deposit at check-in, which I paid. When I checked out, they returned the deposit in cash.Today I was shocked to find out that one of the €50 bills they gave me was fake. I only found out when I tried to use it and the shop called the police. It was a very stressful situation and completely unacceptable. This experience made me lose trust in this hotel. Be very careful if they ask for a cash deposit. Marsol Hotels Grup, Guest Services / Front Office at Apartaments Condado, responded to this review Hello, We’re truly sorry to hear about the stressful situation you experienced, and we understand how upsetting it must have been. At our hotel, all cash handled at reception is thoroughly checked using a certified counterfeit detection system — both when we receive it and when we return it — to ensure the authenticity of every bill. Given that your departure was on May 2nd and several weeks have passed, it’s unfortunately not possible to determine where the issue originated. For this reason, we cannot establish any link between the note and our reception team. We’re sorry that this incident has affected your trust in us. Please know that we remain fully committed to offering our guests a professional and trustworthy service at all times. Kind regards, Montse – Customer Service

October holiday
08 Nov 2024
Stayed early October for a week. Hotel is situated on a major traffic intersection next to a petrol station, so yes it's noisy, what else would it be ??. Place has brilliant supermarket underneath it and a fenced in floodlight barrier controlled car park or park on street. 100 euro deposit on arrival fair enough it's in the booking terms. Didn't have much interaction with staff as we were touring round Catalonia but they were friendly with plenty of greetings coming and going. Pool is on roof clean lots of sunbeds and the usual pissed Brits just like home ??. Apartment was large clean with well equipped kitchen and a pleasant little balcony. 3 big bags of towels changed in the week. Ultimately you get what you pay for and this place was cheap and well worth it. As I say used it as base for touring and it was fine. Marsol Hotels Grup, Guest Services / Front Office at Apartaments Condado, responded to this review Dear Billy,Thank you for taking the time to post the positive rating and comment,We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience in our flats,We hope you will be back soon,Yours sincerely,Beni - Reception
