Location

This apartment is located in a complex, around 500 m away from Fenal beach. Within 400 m of the complex, guests will find various shopping and entertainment venues. The centre of Lloret de Mar is approximately 1 km away and public transport is to be found just 100 m from the complex. Gerona airport is about 40 km away.

Facility

58 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Money stolen from purse over night and purse thrown over balcony while in bed!

    Money stolen over night from purse and purse thrown over the balcony. Purse had £90 and 30euro cash in when I went to bed. My handbag was in the living room and when I woke in the morning my purse was missing, after searching we had spied it thrown over the balcony. After it had been retrieved by the staff and handed back I checked to realise all the money had been taken. Hotel won’t do anything under £600. CCTV has not been checked. Real shame as the location was good and pool area nice.

    Purse was left in living room over night. Woke up in the morning and purse was missing, had been thrown over the balcony. £90 English money missing and 30euros stolen. Real shame as the hotel is in a good location with a good pool area.

    Spacious clean apartment. Great location. Beaches, 10 or 20 mins walk. Restaurants super market shops on doorstep. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, big balcony with views. Friendly helpful staff. Pool table. Stun ning rooftop pool. Loads of sunbeds and space on roof. Great day trips loads to do.     I had a very bad experience with this hotel. They asked for a €100 cash deposit at check-in, which I paid. When I checked out, they returned the deposit in cash.Today I was shocked to find out that one of the €50 bills they gave me was fake. I only found out when I tried to use it and the shop called the police. It was a very stressful situation and completely unacceptable.This experience made me lose trust in this hotel. Be very careful if they ask for a cash deposit.     Stayed early October for a week. Hotel is situated on a major traffic intersection next to a petrol station, so yes it's noisy, what else would it be 🤣. Place has brilliant supermarket underneath it and a fenced in floodlight barrier controlled car park or park on street. 100 euro deposit on arrival fair enough it's in the booking terms. Didn't have much interaction with staff as we were touring round Catalonia but they were friendly with plenty of greetings coming and going. Pool is on roof clean lots of sunbeds and the usual pissed Brits just like home 🤣. Apartment was large clean with well equipped kitchen and a pleasant little balcony. 3 big bags of towels changed in the week. Ultimately you get what you pay for and this place was cheap and well worth it. As I say used it as base for touring and it was fine.
