  Very noisy

  We picked this place because it had a good price and was central. The apartment was very clean- credit to the cleaners. The location was nice and central which was also good- you could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes and plenty of shops and restaurants. But this also meant it was incredibly loud at night time! The biggest problem is the noise- at night it is really terrible: we got the impression this place gets lots of groups of loud rowdy teenagers so would not be good for a family with children who want to sleep. There is only 1 night-guard at night time managing 4 floors, with however many rooms of rowdy teens on each, so you can imagine the chaos of him running up and down trying to shush all of these drunk teenagers. There were massive crashes happening constantly- we don't know what it was, whether it was drunk teens smashing chairs and tables around or what- but it sounded like the lift was falling through! And really these teens should have been fined for their behavior but the night-guard seemed "too nice" perhaps...so we went 5 nights without sleep in the end, which put all of us in a bad mood... But credit to the night-guard: he did manage to get them mostly under control by our last night- god knows how he managed that with the sheer number of teens... -Also there is a lot of noise from the street even with the balcony door shut- I don't know whether it was the night-guard or some waiter from across the way- but I could hear him chatting all night in the street from my bed!-Air conditioning was not working- apparently- and we couldn't have the windows or balcony door open at night because of the noise. So was sweltering.-WiFi you will have to pay for- but actually you don't need to pay as you should be able to connect to the hotel across the roads Wifi for free- so check if you can connect to that before buying at the desk!-Towels and linen it says "just 2euros for your whole stay" when booking- but this is not true: every time you want a clean towel you will have to bring your old one down and pay 1euro. Which is reasonable I guess- but just would have been nice if they didn't lie to us when we were booking!-Also it says deposit 120euros- but actually you will pay 60euros per person rather- so if you are 3 or 4 people they'll want 60 euros each. Again that is reasonable but again would have been nice if they hadn't lied to us upon booking!-Other than I would say the rooms are smaller than the photos- and do not be expecting some nice rooftop balcony because you'll most likely not get one.

  My Husband and I stayed for one week 20.09.16 till 28.09.16. Chavi, the manager is great and SO helpful, the apartment was clean, with a nice bathroom, and the kitchen area had a proper cooker,(with a grill and oven). The apartment was clean, and modern. Good central location, safety deposit boxes, however, you pay a REFUNDABLE, deposit of 120Euro. Which is fine, as we don't cause trouble. Thanks again, Chavi, and the nice girls on the reception. Great for us, as we visit Lloret all the time.

  The best apartment in llor de mar

  This was my favourite apartment and I'm going back ! Big! Balcony !Amazing toilet! Only problem was bed- only twin beds! Not great for couples! But other than that oh my days I fell in love with the staff! I will go back next year! Great location and great looking apartment ! Tiny tv with no English channels though!
