  A brilliant hotel, all hotels need to take notice of this one. Proper cocktails for once. None of this awful cheap stuff. They use branded alcohol which is also a bonus. The snack bar is a next level with the burgers and pizzas made fresh to order. Rooms are beautiful and spotless. The food is hit and miss. I find it’s okay at most, but you do get some bad days in my opinion, But that’s just me and my preference of what I think. Hotel is next to the beach. Easy to get to Barcelona and a load of shops nearby. I’d 100% coke back here. I like to give a shout out to all the staff here having to work hard to please us all. And helping clean up the hotel when the storm hit. Hopefully see you again in the future.   Recent stay here. Last minute booking for a week away. More suited for a short break maybe 3 nights. Food very repetitive and not always warm on buffet. Very little vegetarian options. They take your drinks orders when you sit down t a meal, so order more as you don’t get offered any again ! Bar service is good but often queues, weirdly they sid have some waiting staff but very mixed on whether they served you, seemed to serve the terrace in the evening more. Did manage to order a couple of times but then drinks didn’t turn up and ended up going to the bar. The snack menu made a nice change from going to the buffet so would use that if you want a fresh hot meal. The maitre de JUAN Carlos was excellent though and very helpful. Location wise, not much to do, short walk to the beach and some shops (selling touristy stuff) nearby. I have mixed feelings about this hotel, it wouldn’t take much to improve, such as better vegetarian options (vegetable pasta bake/veg paella/roasted veg for fajitas). Consistent serving by the waiters in the bar and less repetitive food options. Personal choice at the end of the day and works for some. Most of the staff were lovely and rooms were decent and roomy. For me the buffet food and inconsistent service in the bar is a no for me, we ended up staying in our room some nights and that is unusual for us on holiday in the evenings.   Beautiful resort, staff is wonderful. Bar and dining room staff are so helpful, friendly and funny. Had a hour full massage with Rosa, my first massage but not my last!   The actual truth of the hotel.

  This hotel is amazing but these reviews don’t tell you stuff about the hotel that people need to know. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms were so spacious and clean However…DO NOT go to this hotel if you want to do activities surrounding the area because there is absolutely nothing to do. This was not stated in the reviews! There is only a few shops to see. There is a train station around 25-30 minute walk which isn’t so bad to go to Barcelona. Be mindful to go early morning as the trains are packed and you will have to stand for 9 stops. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 9am to be told we can’t go into our room until 2pm, this is not what you want when you have just arrived and this has never happened before to us on previous holidays abroad. If you have an afternoon flight it would be better. The hotel should prioritise cleaning the rooms for the early morning flights. They also do not give you tea, coffee, sugar and milk everyday in the room only on day one which was mean considering we paid all inclusive. The spa is amazing 10/10, you have to pay 12 Euro an hour to use it. Massive variety of food so it was good but the food is all cold especially at breakfast so bare that in mind. I recommend eating form the bar instead of the restaurant, the quality is amazing and the food is nice and hot. A lot of the food in the restaurant looked good but the taste was misleading. Entertainment was very good we enjoyed it. Overall amazing hotel but we will never go to that area of Spain ever again as there is nothing there and other English people said the same.
