  The worst place ive ever been to they charged me 15 euros for 4 am checkout to get my deposit back and never opened reception so kept 135 euro depost. They charge you for bed sheets 2 euro a night as well. The furniture is terrible lol beds are no good im not one to write reviews but its that bad i had too. cant get through on the phone no ones answers it im now going through complaints with the holiday provider. I guess your complaints should be directly to your holiday supplier who seems that misinformed you of the category and the conditions of the apartments. We do charge supplements when your checkin time is over 20:00. We do charge supplements for the bedlinen and towels if your ooking is not made into our direct website. We do charge supplement when your checkout time is before 09 am. We inform of all these conditions in our website. We cannot be responsible of the misinformation that third parties are giving to their own clients. We are -selfcatering- apartments with reception, yes the reception where you can repport if something is ok or not in the furniture. I am really surprised that you choose our apartments reading all these bad reviews, really?We do not hide to recognise we are simple but tidy and friendly -selfcateting- apartments in Blanes. This is what we sell, no more. All the rest, Deposit, supplements and acceptance conditions, is published into our website and in most of the internet OTA´s we deal with. Best regards.

  both personnel and room conditions were very bad

  Apartment conditions were worst we stayed in. We had a small doggy, but administrator informed us: dogs are not permitted. During our stay we heard dogs from everywhere, across the walls. Internet was very bad, as was the personnel. Just would like to request you the obligation to read the -accommodation conditions- contract that you will find everywhere our apartments are publised, with the specification -NO PETS ADMISSION- In the surroundings of Espronceda apartments probably you will hear other dogs shouting but, sure not into Espronceda apartments. We did accept animals in the past, but this changed to avoid convivence problems with other guests. From nearly 6 months now pets are not accepted. Our personnel only noticed you the condicions of the apartments, in a polite and gentle way but of course the bad news are not well received. Anyhow please receive our apologies for any inconvenience caused and please look forward to book next time a place where Pets are accepted better than blame the personnel who is only doing its job to satisfy you.   The apartments were on the outskirts off town,our room faced a wall full off graffiti,beware of charges for Linen and Towels we were charged €2 per person so I don't know how it came to €14.Then a €120 deposit which we knew nothing about,we were given the deposit back when leaving,the pool was closed,there was nothing for the children to do.They also charge for Wifi and we used our phone provider as it was cheaper.It was clean,a lot of dishes had chips out and my sons bed was a folding sofa.   last minute booking

  We had our 10 day holiday to Tenerife cancelled due to Monarch going bust so needed a last minute deal and as a party of 9 due to start our holiday a few days later we knew we had to act fast!. We were able to book flights and these apartments the same day as the cancellation so never being to Blanes before we thought we would give it a go. The apartments are as stated by other reviews in a Residential area with most of the bars that were near shut due to it being the end of season although there were still plenty of people around during the day. We used the pool on only one occasion so can't really comment but it was fine and there were some sun lounges around the pool. The apartments are a decent size but it would have been nice to have had some balcony furniture even if it was only a plastic table and chairs. The reception is also closed between 11 and 4pm so if you turn after 11 and before 4 its tough you just have to wait. We arrived at 3 phoned the number on the reception door but was told they are not open until 4 and we would just have to wait which we duly did!!!! I wouldn't stay in these apartments again or visit Blanes but wouldn't really want to put other people off just be aware that they are cheap and fairly cheerful. The beds and pillows have had their day and at 2 euros a day per person to hire old tatty sheets and towels is really a bit cheeky! This is why we always advise to contact before coming to Blanes informing us the arrival time to inform you of the opening hours.   Staying at these apartments has certainly taught me that I should check other people's reviews before booking. It was like a budget airline where you paid a basic price and everything else was 'extra'... Extra for parking, extra for bedding then "I need €200 deposit".... No thought given to comfort. Some garden chairs on the verandah would have been nice and a bedside light! The area was horrible. A residential area with no bars or restaurants within walking distance (I'm 65 and my partner is 77)... In its favour I must say it was spotlessly clean, as was the pool and the staff were very friendly.
