This attractive apartment complex lies in a central although peaceful location in the popular tourist district of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, around 500 m from the beach. It offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with your family or for an eventful holiday with friends. The centre of Lloret de Mar, with its numerous nightclubs, pubs and restaurants, is within easy reach of the hotel, around 400 metres. The apartment complex is just a 10-minute walk from the tourist centre. Numerous shopping facilities can be found within a 15-minute walk. Guests wishing to visit the surrounding area of the Costa Brava have the opportunity to use the bus station only 600 m from the hotel. The train station is approximately 20 minutes away with public transport. The nearest airport, Gerona, is roughly 34 km away and Barcelona's airport is located around 92 km away

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lifts and features 19 apartments. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a fax machine and a smoking area are available. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Where to start? So many reasons, all previously brought up in prior negative reviews. The transfer drops you off no where near the hotel and as a group of 3 young girls, walking past all the old men staring at you in the bars as you walk past isn’t the most welcoming feeling. £50 deposit each on arrival and then you have to pay extra for toilet roll, towels and bed sheets (pretty much the basic essentials). The man who checked us in spoke next to no English so we conversed using translate and just pointed to the stairs in a dark hallway to find our room. The beds were the most uncomfortable concrete slabs I’ve ever slept on and, after a week, isn’t really ideal! Funny smell when we walked into the room, sometimes a horrendous eggy stench would fill the bathroom (and no it wasn’t one of us) i think it was the drainage when the toilet was flushed but it was eye watering at times. Not overly clean at all, feel like we left it better than we found it which reminds me- there’s no cleaner either. Your electricity gets turned off when you leave the room to go out for the evening to ‘save electricity’ which subsequently turns the fridge off and makes all your food wet. The ‘pool bar/kitchen’ is closed from 11-4 so if you’re thinking about having a chilled day around the pool on one of the 9 sun beds (again ridiculous) you should just find somewhere else to go. All in all, very underwhelmed however i did have an amazing holiday because of the people i went with and what we made it. (Avoid if possible tho)

Stated here last year for a special birthday. Mattresses were so bad we had to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put on top of ours just to be able to get a little comfortable. Bedding was awful and towels. We asked for them to be changed after 8 days YES 8 days and not one clean towel! Was told only if we paid! Don't think so we moved. Total sh it hole!! Don't go

Watch out for the extras

Having been dropped of on a main road,and the transfer driver not knowing where the hotel was,and being sent in the wrong direction we got there.having to pay £100 deposit and then having to pay for bedding and towels came as a bit of a shock.if you were on a tight budget that could have eaten in to it.Hotel very clean and tidy no kettle so you had to boil water on the hob in a saucepan.LLoret looks as through its dying empty shops and hotels ever where.Hotel is up a steep hill but ok when you get there nice pool.

At first when you arrive I was a little hesitant, but I was completely wrong. Lovely, large spacious apartments, extremely clean and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Small but adequate swimming pool which had enough sunbeds and a pool bar and restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful , always going that extra mile. I highly recommend these apartments.

Not a good start, We arrived late at night our transfer bus couldn't drive to building leaving us to walk and find in dark, reception was closed, we were informed that we had to pay a deposit €120 to get key. Lucky we had the cash. Swimming pool really small and in the shade by 4, not really suitable for families. Lots of stag/hen type groups. Very noisy at night. Never felt comfortable.
