Location

This hotel (Adults Only) is centrally located, directly by the market place. The beach may be reached on foot in just a number of minutes. Several areas with cafés, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, boutiques and bars surround the hotel. Links to the public transport network are also found within metres of the hotel's entrance. The nearest skiing area is about 75 km from the hotel.

Facility

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine.     Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great chill vibes. Spacious rooms and very clean. Beds and pillows are the best I have slept aboard. Great valve for money. Roof top pool with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and bar is very clean.

    This place is an absolute disgrace. Constant noise, hostile atmosphere, and ill-intentioned people everywhere.But the worst part: a staff member actually insulted us. Yes, you read that right. Instead of solving a problem, they disrespected us with an aggressive and unacceptable attitude. And because they think we don’t understand them, they feel even more entitled to be disrespectful. I had never experienced anything like this in an establishment supposedly offering a service.On top of that, the food is disgusting, and the rest of the staff, when they’re not rude, simply ignore you. Zero professionalism, zero humanity.The only exception is the cleaning ladies, who were truly kind and attentive. They are the only positive thing about this place.I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.

    Terrible food, flights on the food , dirty bathroom ( we found women hairs in the bathtubs) , yellow bathtube. Drinking water not included to the meals , never experienced that before, small pool. For 4* hotel I do expect much more. The only one thing which was good there is friendly staff, and good location. That’s way I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Avoid !

    I qas apprehensive about this hotel given some of the reviews. But I didn't think it was a bad hotel. Yes cleaning could improve and my room did smell of drains some of the time. The bed however was the comfiest I've slept in! Even better than my bed at home! The food was average, standard buffet but the scrambled eggs were delicious 😋 Location was not bad, very convenient for me! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    There was a employee called Sergio and he was great. He was very polite and helpful, doing me a big favour and went out his way to do you so. Great customer service makes you want to book again, so thank you sergio for this. It’s good to see that people still have a good heart.
