  Fantastic hotel & Staff

  We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at The Beverly Park.We were on the 6th floor, amazing views, and very clean rooms.The barmen, one with an injured arm and the other older barman were incredible (so sorry we didn’t get names ) They made my partners birthday very special.All the staff were lovely, but these two made it better.We’ve been to Blanes 7 times, but stayed elsewhere, but it was so good here we won’t ever stay anywhere else from now on.The Spa is awesome, the area, and all the people are so welcoming and friendly.We loved it so much we booked for next year before we left.Counting down the days already 😁 JORDI PORTAS, General Manager at Hotel & Spa Beverly Park, responded to this review Valentinehols, Thank you so much for your wonderful review!   I was there in August 2025 and I must say that the hotel is beautiful but there are some negative points starting from the cleaning that it is not good enough for such a hotel if this level... The rooms were not well cleaned and also during the meals you could note dirty dishes and glasses.... Speaking of meals, there was not much choice especially for children... The pasta and pizza were not very good... The tomato sauce tasted of nothing. The breakfast instead was ok. The waitresses sometimes forgot to bring u water or drinks although you had ordered it.I think some things could be improved.I dare say that this hotel did not satisfy my expectations...

  Reserved for 6 days, but ended up not staying after a terrible initial experience. The hotel was extremelly kind at first by allowing my daughter to stay for free, who had just turned 2 years old one week before our stay (babies under 2 stay for free). We arrived a few hours before check in time, which is at 2 pm, and our room was not ready, so we waited 2 hours at the pool (which is a very nice area actually), then we were told the room will be ready in 40 minutes, at 1.30pm. I went back to ask about it at 2.10pm, and thats when I met Eva (the front desk manager?) first. I told her i was promised a room 40 minutes ago, she cut me off and said that we arrived too early and the room will be ready in another 10 minutes. No apologies no nothing. Finally we got to our room which was in the apartment building next to the hotel, across the street. The building was very old, dirty and had an eerie feeling to it, but it was nothing compared to the room itself. It was the least welcoming, filthiest, damp room i have ever been in, some of the furniture was new, but most was old, all of them were damaged, paint chipping off, or plain dirty. The entrance door was installed upside down, the bathroom was moldy, there was hair EVERYWHERE, the ac unit has never been cleaned (see pictures attached). It was terrible, but my daughter needed sleep so we put her down there for a nap. While she was sleeping, a cleaning lady busted our door open without knocking, and started speaking loudly in spanish to me, and almost refused to leave the room, while i was sitting there in my underwear and my daughter sleeping next door. I went down to complain to Eva, that we dont want to stay in that building because it is unacceptable. She was smug and arrogant, did not let me finish a single sentence and hands down told me, "this is what you paid for". In disbelief i showed her the images i took of the dirty room, upon which she said she had to discuss the matter with the direction. I went back in 30 minutes, i was offered a smaller room in the hotel and 2 vouchers to the spa, which was no use to us. I asked if we can stay in the same room category, she said no. I told her i saw two more available rooms online, to which she said oh yeah, but they are more expensive. I said i dont mind paying more if it nice, so she gave me a key to go up (alone!) to the room and check it out. I did, it was almost as dirty as ours. Hair everywhere, thick dust on the table, the floor never been vacuumed. When I told Eva, she basically said I was lying, so i offered to go up with her again, which she refused. I then told her we either get a nice room of the same category or we leave the hotel. I said i would prefer to stay, because of our little daughter, and because this is our first family trip together, and i didnt want to start it with the inconvenience of changing hotels on the first day. She cut me off again mid sentence saying, "this is your personal story, i dont need to hear it". I went to my room and reserved a different hotel (turned out to be a great decision). i asked for a full refund, which I got. We packed our stuff and got ready to leave, but before we did, our apartment door flung wide open again, as the managers of the hotel opened the room door without knocking AGAIN. We couldnt leave this place fast enough, it was such a relief to check into the other hotel.This was the worst i have been treated in any hotel, Eva's arrogance and lack of helpfulness was without example for me. Whatever you do, do not reserve the apartments...

  For a budget hotel it's excellent value.plenty to choose from at food sittings.but try to avoid sausage and bacon at breakfast not great but omelettes available at the grill.staff our friendly and rooms all exactly the same and cleaned every day. 2 pools and seating at pool bar cocktails and wine not great but spirit measures are Hugh.and tropical lager is good.also 1 minutes walk to the beach so go for it JORDI PORTAS, General Manager at Hotel & Spa Beverly Park, responded to this review Dear ChrisfS6625VK, we are glad that you liked the excellent value for money of our hotel and its location.   Stayed in a suite for 10 nights. Smell of a dirty rag or stagnant water in the room for entire stay. Breakfast: The egg chefs were extremely rude to the guests especially the black guy. Both egg chefs need to be removed from interaction with the guests. Dining room staff were unfriendly. Food was only adequate. Bar service and staff was good. Fernando was very customer friendly. Reception staff not as friendly and helpful as one would expect. Would not advise anyone to book this hotel.
