Where Do I start!?

Friendly helpful staff made you feel so welcomeing. Excellent location. Beautiful views all around. Relaxing area. Rooms extremely clean. Beds so comfortable.Amazing shower. Hotel has thought of everything for best stay ever. Even swimming pool was inviting to use. Not to cold not to hot.

Another great stay.I came here solo as I am a writer and needed a place to stay while writing.in Tossa. I have stayed here before. I had a double room with a bath, which was kept very clean. All inclusive package is good value. Breakfast and dinner were fine (I am pescatarian.) I had lunch out in town. Drinks package is great- very generous measures. Hotel is close to town, so close I walked in multiple times a day.Pool is clean and usually lots of space. At 7pm, I usually had the whole pool to myself.Staff are great. Special shout out to Manoly and Jocsan in the restaurant and Javi in the bar for being so friendly and fun!

Pleasant stay but in need of an update

We stayed here over the August bank holiday. The hotel was basic but functional, reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room were clean but very dated, the bathroom needs to be renewed, the shower curtain sticks to you whilst showering, not pleasant. Food, very basic, not much choice, pretty much the same everyday, the dining room is very very dated I felt like I was back in the 80s. But staff did clear the tables very quickly though, they do work hard. The drinks on the all inclusive package are good, measures are very generous and the staff were lovely and again worked really hard. Only thing I disagree on is they charge a 2 euro deposit for the plastic cup you use, I wouldnt of minded so much putting a deposit down for a glass!Pool area - the pool needs a deep clean, the sun loungers need chucking and replacing and the pool bar should of been open, Iv seen a response where they said it's open in season, August bank holiday is in season so why wasn't it open? All in all it was a pleasant stay, if I was to go back I would book again but no longer than a short stay.We had lots of laughs, the hotel was a good base to stay, very good drink measures alongside friendly bar staff. Bus station across the road and supermarket. 10 mins to walk to the town 15 mins to the beach. Ok if cheap for a night

Glad we just had 1 night. The hotel is pleasant downstairs but the rooms are old and the carpet on the stairs is black from dirt! The pool area is nice. Good location. Breakfast fine catering to uk style. Soul less room would hate to be half board or all inclusive.
