  The hotel is in need off great repair, the sun loungers are broken and dirty, most of the stuff are extremely rude seem fed up with there jobs, they get very short if your ask them a question, the food is terrible, poor quality cold, and if you found something edible was very rare. If you laugh too loud they tell you off, there fights, screaming that goes on through the night hard too sleep, the manager is appalling and rude he charged me for something in the room that was broken when I came and I had video prove of it being broken 3 days prior, they said I had leave hotel on my last night or pay another 50 pound too stay further 7 hours. The manager bullied me into paying 50. Hospitality is at the heart of what we do, and any interaction that leaves a guest feeling disrespected is taken seriously. The same applies to the disagreement regarding the room charge; our policy is to document the condition of each room at check-in, and any dispute should be handled calmly and fairly at reception.The disturbance you faced during the night is not the peaceful rest we want for our visitors. Our property is situated in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar, a short walk from the beach and town centre, and we always hope guests enjoy a tranquil stay. We regret this was not your case.Your comments about the dining experience have been noted.   Never a 3* hotel, awful.

  Just came back from this hotel and we can honestly say it’s the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Corridors dirty.Rooms very poor & dated, walls paper thin, damp and some mould.Clothes and bedding feel damp. Very basic, no tea/ coffee facilities. €10 refundable deposit for tv remote, no English channels. Towels thin, some with holes in. Shower dangerous, can go from cold to scorching. Rust in bath. Food very poor, little choice, poor quality. Most staff pleasant but a few rude ones.Violeta in the 1st part of the hotel friendly and helpful, pity about some of the others.No where comfortable to relax, very poor communal areas. Drinks served in plastic beakers or paper cups. Smoking area right outside the main entrance . We never slept one full night due to noise. Drunken people arriving in through the night hammering on doors, arguing or shouting.Then in the morning they have the cheek to put a do not disturb sign on the door. Unfortunately to add to this diabolical hovel the weather was horrendous, storms and rain. We are lucky enough to travel and have stayed in various levels of accommodation, and hand on heart, it’s got to be the worst ever. We couldn’t wait to leave. Whilst booking our holidays, we always read reviews on here, and although some people are more picky so you have to go with the average overall, we actually cannot find anything good to say about this, unless you just want to smoke and drink 24/7. Please , please don’t waste your money and time.   currently here there is a young girl that's polish on her own throwing up on the table unable to lift her head, security, bar staff and security have refused to ring an ambulance for her, we have managed to find someone polish to speak to her and help her and ring an ambulance. absolutely disgusted at the staff they just left her lied in her own vomit.   Absolutely lovely place. Rooms very clean. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Violetta on reception is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much. About 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 to the bus stop. Have been here multiple times before and will continue to come here. Food is good and the prices are very reasonable.   Mould everywhere, rude staff and bad food

  Sheets, pillows, curtains and bathroom were all mouldy! I got sick whilst here and I would be really suprised if it was from all the mould! Food was really poor quality, the bacon had clearly never even been near a pig! Even the fruit juice was awful! Staff was rude, a lot of snapping and clicking. When we arrived we were told to "hurry up" by lady at the desk. Our package deal told us to ask about the bus stop we were to be picked up at the front desk, the assistant was not helpful at all and again, rude. The lift broke numerous times whilst we were there (4 days) which would pose a huge issue for guests not able to use the stairs. Also walls were really thin and no intervention from staff when guests were fighting on the terrace around midnight (continued for about an hour). There are numerous other hotels in the area, Lloret De Mar is beautiful and I recommend going BUT choose a different hotel!
