  Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, rooms are very basic, not very clean, bathroom antiquated and dirty, towels not sure if they are off colour but reluctant to use food was same every day hot food was cold not much choice had to go out to eat most days

  Desaconsejado.No es un hotel, es un after hours.Sucio no,...insalubre!!!!Si quieres tirar el dinero, adelante!Not recommended.It's not a hotel, it's an after-hours place.Not dirty, but unhealthy!!!!If you want to throw money away, go ahead!

  I would not recommend here to travel with children, my son and I visited in august 2022 after needing a holiday abroad at a cheap all inclusive, what I thought would be ok as not bothered by look, I was shocked to learn we was the only 2 English people in the hotel except the receptionist, because so many young local Spanish people use this as a stop to so they can meet and go out,, we arrived late the 1st night only to be kept awake by young under 18s awake all night until 4:25am,. We then asked to move and although the receptionist was lovely and we were moved it was not peaceful in the slightest lots of late party goers coming in and by the main road so traffic all night.. so much late activity and definitely not recommend with young children my son was 7 at the time and was struggling to sleep with the amount of noise happening all night long, they seemed surprised that we did not know that this was a hotel more suited to younger going out people who even after being asked do not respect to keep the noise down .. but the staff and food is lovely and the pool is fab so difficult when on a budget but please be aware that you may be placed next to younger people …

  I came to Hotel Clipper for a University event from 27/06 until 01/07, upon arrival we were told check in would be delayed, little did we know that we would be waiting 4 hours after a long day of travelling we were offered no substantial compensation. The hotel took our passports to fill out some forms but left them in a box on the side of a desk for anyone to reach in and take them. Upon paying tourist tax of 2.66 euros, I gave reception a five euro note and only received 30 cents in change and with no receipt given it was very hard to prove. When it finally came to check in at 6.30 pm, the reception had given someone else our room, meaning we had to wait longer for our room. When in the room, I found a dead moth under my pillow, the plug sockets where in places that meant it became very hard to charge my phone as the sockets were hip height and nowhere near the bed (if you do stay here bring an extension or a very long wire). The food at the hotel was basic, it was okay but limited options to those with dietary requirements (I travelled with a vegan friend who had to live off french fries for the duration of our stay). The view from the balcony was pretty and the 4 euro pina colada from the pool bar were probably the only positives of the hotel

  We book this hotel trough a site called “love holiday” was a last minute holiday so we dint not aspected a 4 star hotel but not even a dumpsters...So our experience started at reception were no 1 would speak to as in English I obviously complain about as we aspected at least in a hotel reception that someone and at least could comunicate with as;However we try to do our check in and a rude staff member (woman) insisted that we needed a voucher to register us, a voucher that we never had as we had a booking reference number, I keep try to explain but there was no way to let them understand this woman star yelling at me that she didn’t care that I had to found a voucher, I ask them to check on their computer but looks like they don’t have 1, my uncle that was with me got absolutely mad so he finally manage to get us hour room... we been sent trough the lift which was warts then dirty I never so something like that, the room was nasty bad sheet hold and stinky I had to leave my daughter sleep on towel, toilet was cover of hair obviously never been clean along our stay. The restaurant hall don’t have air conditioning a big fun replace it was located on floor not really safe for the kids, the staff wasn’t using cover for their hair while working and the food was touched by hand ( health and safety 0 )... 2 days after our stay I found my self involved to help few polish girl, one of this girl fell down and twisted her ankle she try to explain them she need help at least some ice but no one at reception offered to help her even trough the incident upend in hotel after they left her i menage to bring her in bar by the pool were the only stuff member ( the bar stuff) really helpfully give her some ice and looked after her...I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy horrible I never had an experience like this avoid avoid avoid!
