  The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The food was shocking cat food would have been better. The rooms were disgusting in 7.days they was not cleaned nor beds changed. And in that was a geat wave with no air con. Yes the rooms had no air con The hotel was full and I mean full of drunk kids a d gangs of teenagers. Every night at the front was fights and party's and the security guard did nothing. U cannot put into words how bad this hotel is

  Terrible location, with furniture dating back to 1700, a unique dirt, a lack of cleaning and a high possibility of being robbed while you sleep. experience at the limit of the liveable, do not come to Lloret if you have to stay here

  **?????**The staff were the best part of our stay. Uly at reception and her colleagues were welcoming, friendly, and always polite. When we reported that the bathroom tap water was muddy, Uly immediately contacted maintenance, and the issue was resolved quickly, which we really appreciated. Yanis and his teammates at the bar were also friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. Our twin room was very outdated, with barely enough space to walk around the beds. There was a strong medicinal smell throughout the room, the curtain rails were old and rusted, and the curtains had holes in them. The beds were comfortable enough, but the bathroom smelled like a blocked drain or gutter, making it unpleasant to use.Housekeeping was only carried out every other day rather than daily, which was disappointing. Another major drawback was that the room had neither air conditioning nor a fan. During the summer, in a hot country, these feel like basic necessities and made the room uncomfortable, especially at night.We arrived at around 12 noon, but check-in wasn't until 3 pm. Although there is plenty of seating near the lobby, it was completely taken over by large groups of children attending summer camps. The hotel appears to host around 250 children at a time, and unfortunately many of them were extremely loud, running around, shouting, pushing in queues, and showing little consideration for other guests. During both breakfast and dinner they would rush and push to get food, making meal times stressful. At night they ran through the corridors, shouted between rooms, laughed loudly, and cried, often until late. The staff did not seem to intervene, and it felt as though this behaviour had become accepted.Our stay was half board. The food was basic but fresh, and there was a good variety of fruit. One thing we found disappointing was that drinking water was only available during meal times. In such a hot country, it would have been helpful to have access to drinking water throughout the day. Tea was not served with dinner, and there wasn't even English Breakfast tea available.Another downside was the noise at night. Around 2 am, the refuse collection took place outside the hotel, creating a lot of noise that disturbed our sleep.The hotel's location is reasonably convenient. It is around a 10–15 minute walk from the main bus station, and the bus from Girona Airport to the hotel area cost us €12. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away and was lovely, clean, and one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, the staff deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism, especially Uly, her reception team, and Yanis and the bar team. However, the outdated rooms, unpleasant smells, lack of air conditioning or a fan, limited housekeeping, restricted access to drinking water, constant noise, and the atmosphere created by the large summer camp groups meant this was not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. Sadly, despite the excellent staff, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

  My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The hotel was completely different from what was advertised. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning in the standard rooms. During the Spanish heat, staying in such a room was simply unbearable. Instead of relaxing, we spent every day and night suffering from the extreme temperature. What made it even worse was the fact that guests had to pay an extra fee to get a room with air conditioning. In a country with such a hot climate, this is simply unacceptable.The room itself looked as if I had travelled back in time to the last century. The furniture was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The towels were grey, worn out, and looked dirty. The room felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. The bathroom appeared unfinished, with floor tiles barely attached to the floor, giving the impression that everything was falling apart.The room was also missing many basic amenities. There was no television, no glasses to drink water from, no hairdryer, and no toiletries such as soap or shampoo. The only thing provided upon arrival was a tiny sachet of shower gel. Strangely enough, there was an ashtray in the room instead. The curtains did not block out the light at all, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.I also paid for the full board option, which turned out to be another huge disappointment. The food was of extremely poor quality, with very little variety, and often looked unappetizing. Most meals were bland, poorly prepared, and tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. It was honestly some of the worst hotel food I have ever had. Paying extra for full board was a complete waste of money.The hotel was filled with groups of young people who spent the entire night and much of the day shouting, singing, playing loud music, and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. There was absolutely no chance to enjoy a peaceful holiday. It was also impossible to relax or swim in the pool because it was constantly overcrowded with dozens of noisy teenagers behaving in a rude and inappropriate manner.Unfortunately, the reception staff were just as disappointing as the hotel itself. The receptionists were unfriendly, looked annoyed all the time, and never greeted guests with a smile. Instead, they seemed irritated and unwelcoming.Fortunately, I only stayed there for three nights, but even that was far too long. Instead of returning home rested, I came back with nothing but unpleasant memories. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would never recommend it to anyone.

  An absolute flea pit of a hotel!!!! I don’t know where to start….air conditioning you have to pay an extra 200 euros for….the room is filthy and boiling, my sheets had a big urine stain on and they didn’t change it, the bath was thick with grime the sink had blood and old toothpaste on and up the tiles, the noise is unbearable, be prepared for LOUD music and shouting from the hundreds of teenagers staying in the prison/hotel. The food is inedible and the chicken would have killed me had I not cut into it and see the pink and the blood, we had to spend money eating out as we could not eat there….the food was dropped and picked up by the staff and put out to serve ….3 bottles of questionable liquor for the all inclusive that tasted like toilet water. The rooms are actual hovels and the staff are rude and not helpful, the pool is over run with said teenagers who spit in it. Honestly I have never stayed in such a s**t hole!!!!
