92 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Stunning views, but the hotel can do better

    We stayed here this past August with my parents and really loved being so close to everything, as the location is perfect for exploring the many nearby attractions. The breakfast served was good, though we did find the selection a bit limited for a boutique hotel. While the property is clearly trying to maintain a high level of cleanliness, the service felt a bit inconsistent due to the frequent rotation of staff we noticed during our stay. We also ran into some issues with mosquitoes in the lobby and noticed that the carpets in the rooms are starting to show visible signs of dirt. Additionally, if your room faces the entrance, be aware that there is quite a bit of noise from people partying outside. It generally feels like the hotel needs a bit more care and upkeep over time to stay in top shape. It was a nice stay overall, but there are definitely areas where they could improve the experience.

    We came especially from the UK to celebrate our wedding in Spain, and we couldn’t have chosen better. Everything was excellent. The food at the hotel was outstanding and well worth the cost. The menu was superb: we started with plenty of aperitifs, followed by a seafood cocktail—nothing like the ones in England! The first course was a beautiful monkfish dish, and the second was tender lamb in a delicious sauce.The suites had fantastic views of the beach and plenty of space. The apartment where we stayed was huge, clean, and comfortable.We highly recommend this place both for celebrations and for staying. The manager, Eduardo, was kind and efficient. Thank you, Eduardo.     We have a wonderful stay at this seaside hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sea view every morning is a dream. The staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to help, making us feel truly cared. Special thanks to "Badr" who's making us feel home, he is the best, sooo respectful and professional.Everything is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.     We book them through hotels.com. When we got there, we were greeted by several ladies in the front desk. They checked us in and explained where we need to park. My husband and I went park but we could not find the parking lot . We came back 20 mins later and told them that we could not find it and asked someone to come with us, because they kept telling us that , its so easy. Again, they explained us the directions, we went back out again,another 20 mins.. This time, we had already enough and we went back and insisted someone to come with us. This time, a very nice gentleman came with us , access to parking lot is from a pedestrian side walk.. It did not occur to us that we had to make a left on a pedestrian path to find this underground parking. Anyways, we parked our car after 45 mins of going back and forth. We went to our room and realized that AC was not working, its broken. So i called the front desk to see when it will be fixed, they said they have NO IDEA. I told them that this is not acceptable, they were very annoyed that we made a big deal of not having AC . We told them what can they do? They said , there is nothing they can go.. no apology, no nothing. They could not move us to another room because the hotel is fully booked. I said, ok, we want to leave , this is where things got interesting, they said they cannot give me a refund..I called hotels.com, and they told hotels.com that the manager is not in the hotel and they have to get her approval and it may take couple of hours. As you can imagine, we are extremely frustrated at this point. This is where hotels.com came to the rescue.. they said, since this is taking too long, they will go ahead and issue us a refund , thats when we left the property.. It was such an unpleasant experience . What i dont understand, if the AC was not working, why they did not tell us at the time of checking in ? They thought, it was not a big deal and were upset when we said, we cannot stay in a room without AC in this weather ( plus, we paid for a room with AC)We lost total of 4 hours of going back and forth ( including parking, looking for another hotel) from our limited time vacationNow, the hotel looks as described, perfect location, clean.our room was looking at the parking lot, but it was spacious .( i dont think i paid for the higher tier room anyways, so we were Ok with the parking lot view)We had to find another hotel luckily in the area so that we could actually stay in the area. You're the first guest to get lost on such a short trip. But that's not our fault.When you arrived, the technicians were working on the air conditioning. It's normal for reception to not know when it will be fixed or if they'll be able to fix it. Breakdowns happen, and that's normal.The problem was fixed the next day. As they told you, the hotel was full, and the only guests who got angry were you; everyone else understood that these things happen.And they didn't complain or make a fuss about it. A day without air conditioning isn't enough. It also happened that the temperatures had dropped, and air conditioning wasn't necessary.Please note that Hotel.com does not decide whether to cancel your reservation. It's me who makes the clear point.
