  Excellent, clean, value for money.

  I paid €49 for 1 night B & B at the end of September.The hotel was spotlessly clean. Receptionists were very helpful, I tried to use my Spanish speaking skill and the staff were very patient. Our luggage was kept in secure room both before after check-in/out. Breakfast was self service and had lots on offer, both hot and cold items.The pool is rather small but few guests were using it. There was information regarding a new pool for 2027.In a pleasant area, close to the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend.   Extremely clean hotel. Very central location, near to beaches, old town, shops. Shower was excellent and the staff friendly. The only feedback is that the meals were not always warm and could do with being hotter. I would stay here again and also would recommend.   Good hotel, great location!

  We travelled as a group of six friends aging from 40-76 and opted for all inclusive. We got a really good deal and found it excellent value for money. The majority of staff are fabulous, really helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar helped us set up a little party area to celebrate two birthdays which was lovely. The reception was modern and comfortable with a children’s gaming area to one end. Lifts were quick and the layout was quite easy to follow. All meals were served in the restaurant, although you could pay extra at the bars for snacks. The food was good with a wide selection. I was a bit surprised that there were no ice creams around the pool bar. Pool was an adequate size but we did struggle to get a sunbed one day, maybe the hotel could provide more sun beds on the level below where there were tables and chairs? Take your own beach towels as these are not provided. Rooms were nicely decorated, very clean, modern and quite spacious as we had a triple room. Nice balcony overlooking a quiet road. No traffic noise apart from the bins being emptied one day so we all slept well. Bathroom had a good powerful hairdryer, shampoo and body wash provided. Would have liked a mirror above the dressing table. There is also a handy fridge, although no kettle. Location is fab, 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. The town itself is gorgeous, lots of lovely restaurants and shops/bars. I feel I have stayed in better 4 star all inclusive hotels before but for the price we paid we were really happy! Would’ve appreciated some water in our room or at reception due to a late arrival (there is a vending machine. it was broken). I also think that the AI could’ve been explained/advertised better As it didn’t match what was advertised on the room cards or what we were told at check in. Just some minor improvements to suggest but we had a great weekend, would recommend!   Nice hotel, close to the beach

  Great experience! We spent 8 days here, a family of four. Specious superior room with balcony, nicely decorated. Modern and spacious bathroom. Clean and comfortable rooms. Half board service with a variety of food choice. The staff is very polite and customer oriented. The pool area is on the top of the hotel, reachable by elevator or escalator.   Great time in a lovely hotel.

  Just returned after having 9 nights at Don Juan Tossa Hotel and what a great time we had. Hotel lovely and modern and in a great location. There were two things we found wrong and one was the inaccessibility to get to the pool because of my mobility issues. The other was the breakfast. It was impossible to chew the bacon and the sausages weren't good. Serve sausages for breakfast that were available at other meals. They were great. All in all you've got a great hotel and we hope to return next year. Thanks.
