Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Santa Susana, just 150 m from the nearest beach and 100 m from the closest shops and bars. The neighbouring towns are Pineda del Mar and Malgrat del Mar. Links to the public transport network also lie within walking distance.

Facility

4 suites, 10 single rooms and 147 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    The area is being developed so there are a lot of hotels in close proximity so balconies face balconies and you have to listen to the noise from neighbouring hotels. The rooms are very basic with no drawers just open shelving and impractical planning. Nowhere to sit with a mirror and socket so make up and hair is tricky. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Bars seem to be under staffed and there are long waits to be served. Food is very good with a wide choice but the take away picnic is tuna mayo sandwich on white bread. Went with Saga as all inclusive but wouldn't go back.

    Hotel is advertised as having a beach front location. It is 150 metres from the beach accessible only by using a subway to take you under both a road and railway line. Pool area is not very big with no seating area in sunshine. The pool bar seating is undercover. After 8pm the only bar available is in the lounge/entertainment room so if a quiet drink is your preference there is no indoor seating area

    Great hotel food was fantastic room was well equipped hotel is not directly on the beach but across the road, good access to train line only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the poor evening entertainment

    Absolutely no complaints about this hotel! Lovely staff, friendly & helpful, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom, nice large balcony. Great location opposite the beach and only a short walk via pedestrian walkway. Train station 15 mins walk away (Barcelona approx £10 return, just over an hour away). We went half board and the food was incredible, I put this down to the fact that they are not catering for children with chicken nuggets, pizza etc. The quality and choice was second to none. We met friends whilst we were there and they ate at our hotel with us for dinner at a cost of 16 euros per person which is an absolute bargain! Bottles of wine with dinner were reasonably priced coming in around 3 euros more than the supermarket equivalent which I havd no problem with. I do agree with some previous comments regarding pool sunbeds and the ratio of beds to guests but we are not really bothered about sunbathing around thd pool however if you are then you might want to consider this. However with almost unlimited beautiful unspoilt beach nearby there is no shortage of areas to sunbathe within a short walk. I think its fairly clear that I would recommend and stay here again!

    We are here currently on holiday and I just wanted to write a review to say we have had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is really lovely, the staff are very friendly especially the pool bar man, he’s full of beans and always happy! The rooms are comfortable and they have been cleaned daily which has been great. The shower is very powerful. The only down side for me is the beds are a bit hard, but for others may be fine. The hair dyer is very handy and we had a small selection of soft drinks/water/beer in our fridge when we arrived, was a very nice surprise. There is a good choice of food in the restaurant, I would say more of a preferred pallet but has been very fresh and tasty. If you are coming to lounge by the pool please be aware you will have to queue outside the door as there are only a limited amount of lounges, most have cushions which I was very happy about. The pool doors don’t open until 9am which I thought was great as it stops the towels being placed on sunbeds for no one to return to for hours! We have been all inclusive, Pepsi max/pepsi/7up/lemon on tap and the beer is San Miguel. They have been very generous with the alcohol in our drinks 🙂 Just to be aware with all Inclusive you cannot get any drinks before 11am at the pool bar, not even a coffee or soft drink. These can be purchased before 11am. The location is great, right by beach/shops/bars/restaurants and very close to the train station which runs frequently. The beach bar isn’t open at the min but it’s out of season, don’t forget a jumper as it’s nippy in the evenings. We would defiantly stay here again, so thank you to DWO Sirius, we’ve had a very pleasant stay 🙂Matthew and Elly Harper.
