The hotel was really clean. The food was nice and lots to choose from. Not a problem getting a bed around the pool. Entertainment on a night was really good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that you will need a card to pay for food and drinks in the hotel. Would not of known this if didn’t read someone else’s review. But overall a lovely stay and would recommend stopping. Room was disappointingly basic. Mould in shower/bath silicone.Beds uncomfy, like sleeping on bricks, and blankets were grubby.Please be aware that you get ONE bottle of water per room for the whole stay! There were 3 of us in the room so that was no good. Similarly you will only get 2 coffee pods per room for the whole stay. Not per day - per stay. Also, if you want tea you will have to drink it from an espresso cup because that’s all they provide. We were woken every morning around 6am by some giant truck reverse beepers sounding loudly for a good 5+ minutes in the narrow road at the side of the hotel.Nice pool area but small and people are permitted to smoke. Aaya and Nuria were absolute superstars from start to finish! We stayed here for a week, the breakfast and dinner was lovely! Plenty of options and the views were amazing! Lovely clean rooms so shoutout to the housekeepers you’re darlings. Whilst we were here there was an unprecented flood and the whole team worked so so hard to keep things safe and running it was incredible. Thank you for a great stay! Bad weather but well done to the hotel!

Stayed to watch family fo Iron Man which was canx less than 24hrs out! Hotel very clean. Bedrooms are great. Balcony on room 423 with chairs and side view of the sea. We only ate breakfast in the end. Now chaos came as they had extreme weather hit, hence cancellation. The basement restaurant was flooded so breakfast was moved upstairs to the lounge and considering most facilities must have been out for the hotel they managed very well! Limited breakfast but still plenty. I’m not sure what happened for evening meal as we were out with family. Next day the basement looked like nothing had happened so well done to the team!! Would defo stay again. Lovely area. Nice shops and restaurants along the front and a train station too which we used to go to Calella. Better weather next time I hope. Room 305. We are going home tomorrow and wanted to congratulate the staff with the way they coped with the flooding on Sunday evening/ Monday and the effect it had on everything. We still got fed and they have worked very hard in extremely difficult conditions. Well done to you all, it is appreciated greatly.
