This place is the definition of cheap and cheerful. Let's start with the good bits because there aren't many bad points-Very clean with very frequent room service and towels. They were like ninja that cleaned while we were out so we came back and all done. Lovely.Very spacious... You can swing a cat in the room (please don't) but our toddler loved the space to roam about a bit.Huge balcony with shade and beautiful green view. I loved the view so much. It was wonderful for the soul. Excellent quiet and not too cold climate control air conditioning vents. Magical and kept the room at the perfect temperature without making us cold, dry eyed or coughing. Fully equipped kitchenette and clean fridge. Responsive 24 hr reception with lovely, helpful staff. Especially the lady that served us. On the hour shuttle that is free but can get busy. Good enough breakfast that will fuel you for the day. Everything looked clean and there was always plenty for everyone. Fantastic for children, especially young ones with 2 splash pools with flumes and slides, buckets and soakers. Plus a regular pool. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds for all. Easy access to communal areas with cards that always work. Location set back from the main resort so much quieter, cleaner and greener. Free mini golf and 2 small play areas. Plenty of lovely shampoo and soap. Laundry service that is easy and quick to use for 4.50 but you need cash. Many lovely, thoughtful touches like a place to wait and call for assistance up the steep final hill. Someone obviously loves this business and cares about whether guests enjoy themselves... And have put a lot of thought and effort into making their holidays enjoyable and as easy as possible. Things that could be improved a bit but only if striving for perfection - Not enough highchairs at breakfast so we had to wait 20 mins to eat before another table had finished. Restaurant staff were a bit stand-offish. Not rude but detatched and slow. Restaurant food not the best but will fill a hole if you don't want to head to town. Breakfast is exactly the same every single day. Even just switching the muffins or danishes every few days woudl help. Overall though these things didn't detract from out enjoyment and were only minor niggles. Give the lady at the front desk a raise!!!

We went as a couple however it's very much family hotel plenty of pools for kids .friendly staff .meals ok we ate breakfast few times at 13.50euro a person .appartments a good size room cleaned once from Saturday to Wednesday. The walls really thin however not much noise at night because it's family friendly place .quite a steep hill if walk up where the bus drops you off we used shuttle bus into town few timed very good service and free .we were given the towel voucher for pool towel but didnt use it i would definitely visit again with grandkids

Brilliant weekend getaway!

Me, my husband and 14 year old daughter came to Lloret de mar for a long weekend.Check in was straight forward even at 4.20 in the morning. Staff were excellent from reception, cleaners and bar staff.Apartments were practical and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Clean and tidy no complaints.Pool areas, bar and restaurant spotless and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bar prices reasonable and the food was very good. Big shout out to Mateo and his team who made us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.No issues with sunbeds and the free towel service was excellent.Would definitely return for another short weekend or even longer period of time. Plenty to do and see in Lloret.

Great Place with amazing front house staff

Peaceful location, a 30minute downhill walk to town. Apartments were clean and well equipped. Beds super comfy. Fran at reception was so helpful, kind and polite. Fran went above and beyond to help us when we had problems with our return transfer. Bar staff were cheerful and seemt happy to be there & happy to serve you. The whole place had good holiday vibes! The pools and children’s splash area and park were spotless. That whole area felt safe and secure. Breakfast was delicious. Day time meals and snacks were also delicious and well priced. They have a free hourly 8-9 seater minivan to and from town (up until 6pm). We used taxis into town on a couple of occasions, cost was around €10. Lloret itself has everything you want- shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, beautiful beach. It’s all very clean and pretty. We flew in to Girona, a brilliant little airport which was a 30minutes drive away, we were off the plane, through immigration and collected our suitcase all within 20minutes. Return flight via Girona airport was also a good experience.
