Nice hotel, unacceptable behavior from restaurant staff

  04 Oct 2025

My family and I (6 people) stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We booked a pool view room, which had a beautiful view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the food was ok . However, on the last night of our stay, Wednesday night, September 17 th , unfortunately, there was an elderly woman working in the restaurant who behaved very rudely and inappropriately toward all of us. She was extremely disrespectful, and we all complained to her that her behavior was unacceptable and that she should treat guests more politely. But unfortunately, she continued her rude behavior. It was unbelievable and shocking for all of us, and that’s why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Evenia Hotels, Atención al cliente/recepción at Evenia Olympic Garden, responded to this review Dear client,Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and honest review following your 4-day stay.We are very pleased to hear that, overall, your experience was positive: you highlighted the cleanliness of the hotel, the daily housekeeping and the food.We agree completely: respect for guests must always come first. It is indeed the staff’s duty to control access to the restaurant to ensure service is provided correctly to all our guests. However, we deeply regret the way this employee conducted herself and addressed you. That behaviour does not meet the high standards of hospitality we require and promote at our hotel. We understand that this single, regrettable incident severely impacted your last night and, unfortunately, ruined your overall perception of the trip. Please be assured that we are taking this matter extremely seriously. We have immediately escalated this to our management team. While we cannot change the experience you had, we hope that our swift action demonstrates our commitment to professionalism.Sincerely,The Evenia Hotels team

  Good family hotel

  15 Jul 2025

My rate 4,5. Very nice hotel with small problems.Advantages:- very nice water slides mainly for children but adults may also have fun, And practically there were no queues- cleanliness- thematic dinners (and generally food was ok and everyone could find something for themselves)- for me location - close to bus station, about 15 min to the beach (which forces us to use our legs ;) ) - extra atractions for children - staff, mainly in restaurant I suppoose it's called Coral(?) (except from swimming pool areas)- no noise from evening/night animations in the room- good priceDisadventages:- swimming pool staff. One day, I was informed that on swimimng pools for children is prohibited to use inflatable toys. If there are such rules it's ok for me, even If I do not understand it fully. But when teenagers was throwing hard ball with great force and small children were swimming nect to them nobody cared. One man from animation staff was punched to the shoulder - no reaction. To avoid the risk of someone getting hurt I had to intervene. That shouldn't be my role but swimming pool staff. - people returning from night entertainment were noisy Evenia Hotels, Atención al cliente/recepción at Evenia Olympic Garden, responded to this review Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and organized review about your recent stay at Evenia Olympic Resort****. Impossible to Sleep – Too Noisy to Relax

  11 Jul 2025

If you’re planning a vacation to relax and get some good sleep, this probably isn’t the place. The hotel is super noisy. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying — even when they’re yelling. Kids are running around and screaming by the pool until 12 pm, so don’t expect peace and quiet. The rooms are pretty worn down and could really use a makeover. The pillows aren’t great, and you even have to pay if you want a clean towel. On the bright side, the staff are really friendly and do their best to help. The food is actually really good, and the waiters at the restaurant are super polite and great at their job. There’s good entertainment and tasty drinks at the bar too.But honestly, all the noise makes it hard to enjoy your stay when you can’t even get a good night’s sleep. Evenia Hotels, Atención al cliente/recepción at Evenia Olympic Garden, responded to this review Dear guest, Thank you for leaving a review about your recent stay with us. We are always thankful to know about our clients' experiences, even though this time has not been the most pleasurable one. We are sorry to know that you had a few incidents, mainly with the rooms. The fact that you could not sleep comfortably is a big matter to us and we will take notes in order to improve this aspect. On the other side, we are glad to know that you still found the bright side of your stay. We are very glad to know that you received the best treatment from our staff and that the food and the drinks met your expectations. Again, we apologise for the inconveniences that you encountered during your stay. We hope to gain your trust back and to receive you and your family back for your next holidays. 1 week all Inclusive.

  24 May 2025

Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the newly renovated family suits which were absolutely lovely. Room cleaned, Beds made and clean towels daily. Plenty of sun loungers and pool areas clean. Cons would be tiles missing from the floor of the kids pool which is dangerous. Food is repetitive. All inclusive drinks aren't nice at all.
