Location

This comfortable beach hotel is located close to links to the public transport network (100 m) and is characterised by its central location. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are situated just a few paces from the hotel (500 m). The inviting sandy beach and turquoise-blue water are just 800 m away. The town centre can easily be reached in 30 minutes on foot.

Facility

83 suites are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a microwave. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (for a fee), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling, diving and aquafit. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis and darts or, for a fee, a gym, billiards, squash and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a sauna. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Nice hotel, unacceptable behavior from restaurant staff

    My family and I (6 people) stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.We booked a pool view room, which had a beautiful view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.The hotel was clean, and the food was ok . However, on the last night of our stay, Wednesday night, September 17 th , unfortunately, there was an elderly woman working in the restaurant who behaved very rudely and inappropriately toward all of us. She was extremely disrespectful, and we all complained to her that her behavior was unacceptable and that she should treat guests more politely. But unfortunately, she continued her rude behavior.It was unbelievable and shocking for all of us, and that’s why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.     My rate 4,5. Very nice hotel with small problems.Advantages:- very nice water slides mainly for children but adults may also have fun, And practically there were no queues- cleanliness- thematic dinners (and generally food was ok and everyone could find something for themselves)- for me location - close to bus station, about 15 min to the beach (which forces us to use our legs ;) ) - extra atractions for children - staff, mainly in restaurant I suppoose it's called Coral(?) (except from swimming pool areas)- no noise from evening/night animations in the room- good priceDisadventages:- swimming pool staff. One day, I was informed that on swimimng pools for children is prohibited to use inflatable toys. If there are such rules it's ok for me, even If I do not understand it fully. But when teenagers was throwing hard ball with great force and small children were swimming nect to them nobody cared. One man from animation staff was punched to the shoulder - no reaction. To avoid the risk of someone getting hurt I had to intervene.     Impossible to Sleep – Too Noisy to Relax

    If you’re planning a vacation to relax and get some good sleep, this probably isn’t the place. The hotel is super noisy. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying — even when they’re yelling. Kids are running around and screaming by the pool until 12 pm, so don’t expect peace and quiet.The rooms are pretty worn down and could really use a makeover. The pillows aren’t great, and you even have to pay if you want a clean towel.On the bright side, the staff are really friendly and do their best to help. The food is actually really good, and the waiters at the restaurant are super polite and great at their job. There’s good entertainment and tasty drinks at the bar too.But honestly, all the noise makes it hard to enjoy your stay when you can’t even get a good night’s sleep.     Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the newly renovated family suits which were absolutely lovely. Room cleaned, Beds made and clean towels daily. Plenty of sun loungers and pool areas clean. Cons would be tiles missing from the floor of the kids pool which is dangerous. Food is repetitive. All inclusive drinks aren't nice at all.     Very good quality price ratio specially with all inclusive gold formula. Many drinks served until midnight, nice bedroom with big bed. The outside pools could be less cold and the parking places in the underground larger, because with a big car it's difficult.
